About Behavior Drive

The app is designed as an autism therapy aid and is intended to be used in conjunction with purchasing a subscription to Behavior Drive (www.behaviordrive.com). Please visit https://www.behaviordrive.com to request a demo and purchase a subscription.

After a patient profile and lesson plan is created using the web application by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in your organization, an implementor delivers the lesson plan using the mobile application and the data is delivered to the web application where it can be analyzed. Historical data is also available to the implementor using the mobile application in the form of graphs (target and outcome distribution graphs) as well as through a detailed textual report.

Behavior Drive provides the following features and benefits:

Curriculum Management.
Individualized Lesson Plans.
Automated data collection.
Inter-observer Agreement (IOA).
Data Analysis tools and graphs with integrated phase lines.
User management with roles for BCBAs and implementors and administrators.
Automated scheduling and lesson prioritization.
Automated mastery determination based on configurable rules.
Email and Web Notifications for mastery events (mastered and unmastered).
Behavior analysis tools.
Antecedent, Behavior and Consequence management.
Teaching methodologies including Conditional Discrimination, Naturalistic, Discrete Trial and Task Analysis.
Offline data collection.

Different teaching methodologies and lesson frequencies can be applied to the same lesson to achieve optimum results.

Usage of this mobile application must be preceded by a the creation of an organization and user accounts at https://www.behaviordrive.com. At least one individual, ideally a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) at your organization must be available to create and maintain curriculum definitions, lesson plans and analyze results for each client/patient that the service provider has defined.

A typical workflow for a BCBA is defined as:

Using the secure web application as https://www.behaviordrive.com

1) Create one or more patient profiles
2) Create one or more reusable curricula.
3) Define a set of reusable Antecedents, Behaviors and Consequences.
4) Create a lesson plan for each patient using any of the curricula created in step 2.
5) Define the patient's Antecedents, Behaviors and Consequences. (This can also be done on the mobile application by an implementor during a therapy session).
6) Collect lesson and behavior data on the patient with the mobile application (could be done by an implementor or BCBA).
7) Analyze the data and update lesson plan.
8) Optionally print PDF reports or export data as a spreadsheet.

A typical worflow for an implementor is defined as:

Using the secure Behavior Drive mobile application (this application)
1) Login and select the patient from list of assigned patients
2) Manually select the next lesson from list of lesson or choose to automatically begin pre-selected lesson and targets.
3) Optionally view lesson and target history graphs or detailed textual report.
4) Deliver lesson.
5) Repeat steps 2-4 until therapy session is complete.
6) Fill out and sign the therapy session report.

A BCBA may also conduct inter-observer agreements using the same workflow as an implementor using the mobile application (this application). Any number of trainees can be included in an IOA session. Users invoke the menu option to conduct an IOA for any particular patient and lesson. IOA results are then presented in a report through the web application.
