Circles are blank. No pictures of exercised. When you play them there is no image or sound.

I downloaded the app and did the first upper body workout. I then did the middle body workout which of the 4 exercises, 2 were the same as in the upper body workout. I attempted to do the lower body workout which it would not let me do until I registered. Sooo, I registered my email address, etc and it still would not let me see any other workouts until I subscribed to a 3 month membership. I feel like I was misled and manipulated into registering and then subscribing. So disappointed that nothing is free

Fitmama helped me to get back my body. I find this strategy is just right for me, because I don't have time to go to gym or do sports. I am all the time with my small kids - so all I have is 5-15 minutes per day. If you are a busy mum, try this app and you'll love it.

Attractive, easy to use and very little to modify. Great 5 and 10 minute options but hit with in app purchase straight away for lower body where I really need the help. Should be no surprise seeing as it says "In app purchases" before you download but there are only a handful of moves for each target area but the most exercises in the lower body section.

It's quite boring. I prefer walking workouts, something a bit more active. There's only 1 or 2 exercises per body area, it's very limited. Uninstalled.
