I want a refund! This heli is useless because you all can't make an app that works correctly. How hard is it to put in an easy to access menu bar? As a programmer myself I know, it's not hard. I can't return it to the store and want my money back. I'm filing a complaint with the BBB if my money is not returned. This is an unbelievably poorly designed product and app.

They say you need a different app if the helicopter is red, but that app doesn't work on my phone. Make the apps the same for both colours. It's just a software thing so stop mocking around.

Panning this. Who's idea was it to make specific helis for iOS/Android? How about making a unified software interface that works on ALL heli models on BOTH operating systems? Would have saved yourselves cash by producing a universal heli in the first place. Are there any plans to port this interface to iOS and vice versa?

Won't load the menu screen on both galaxy tab 4 or galaxy s5. Just bought this for my son's birthday present & he's very upset he can't use it!

Found a solution for those who can't acces the menu button in the app! Go to your phone settings to Accessibility > Dexterity and interaction > Assistant menu, turn it ON. You will get a 4 dotted button that you can use when you open the app. Open the helipad app then click on the icon and then on the "more option" button. You can select the helicopter and have fun.

Complete garbage. Paired the red chopper to my phone but it will not correct. There is no menu on the app. Have you people been investigated for fraud yet?

Do this if you have a new Android device and the so called "left button" switches apps, just press and hold the 'Return' button to get the menu to connect to the chopper....

I've tried several times to connect the helicopter to my Note 5. It will not, and I can't return the helicopter.

Does not work with Asus Zenfone 3. There is no menu option.

I bought a heli (obviously) and when i downloaded this app i cant even find the menu to choose my heli! Please fix this... will change my review once its fixed. I'm currently using Note 5..

There is no menu button I have tried just tapping the bottom left of the left of the screen and nothing happens I have also been to the support site nothing useful I think I have wasted my money please help

I have a coolpad rogue that doesn't have a menu button so I can not choose my heli.

Since my latest update, my bbz301 does not work at all. It does not matter which android i use. One just bombs out whilst the other does nor provide a menu to chose the helicopter

TOTALLY WORTHLESS!!! I'm using the Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge, and helicopter model BB2352. Bluetooth paired and no connection from app. Don't bother telling me to "press phone button in lowery left corner until menu appears, " because there is no "phone button" in the lower left corner of my screen, nor does a menu appear anywhere! If the model helicopter is only for ios devices, that makes it even more worthless, if that is possible! Uninstaller the app, and returning the helicopter! junk!

There is no menu to select the helicopter so can't do anything... after pairing and starting the app it comes up with a message "select helicopter (menu)!"... hopeless

Have the black heli.... Doesn't work at all.. Have paired the heli on bluetooth... :-( really disappointed... Works well on both my son's Sony Xperia Z3 Compacts).... Please get this sorted

No major problems with this app only thing is a little more info would be nice about the trim control and options for flight control. Practice needed for good flight but all in all it works well enough. As for issues with the red heli, that version is IOS not the Android heli which is black. If you want a red heli I suggest you paint it! ☺

It when to the height it meant to but it was still flying be it was not responding to me phone after I stop it from flying on my phone so how do I fix it from happening again

Doesnt connect to black heli 301 just loads then says connection error and when it does connect, the request times out ! Really dissapointed and will have to return!

Trying to download app to my s4 (Black helo) and get msg "BeeWi HeliPad will be installed on your device soon." How long is soon? Are we talking days or weeks? Already waited a number of hours. Thanks for help.

Lots of fun but takes some skill to fly

The app works fine... in version 1.0. The one in the market doesn't work for my HTC Desire HD.
