I have checked other call apps. beeptool has the cheapest rates so far. The clarity in voice and audio calls is amazing. The new fintech feature is also interesting, makes my bills payment easy

I have been using it since it was recommended by a friend for almost 8months and I have no complain as long as in internet is good.

This service is very bad. After I purchased credit and try to make call, l receive a message that my account is not registered and that I should check my settings and internet connection. My settings and internet connection is 100% good. I have sent several emails to customer service no reply. My money is trapped in that account forever

I purchased credit through paypal, it has been deducted from paypal but no balance is showing on my Beep Tool account. Please apply my credit or else a refund - this is looking like a scam already.

I only enjoyed this for the first week I bought 10usd in June, but since then it has been having series of problems of making a call. I left the apps in July only for me to try it today but it has been having problem connecting my calls with 3.68 use balance. Can you help??? It worked only on Tuesday but since then all my calls have failing

Their is no free credits for knowing app. if u buy credits thn u wil b feel worried n Angry bcz app doesn't work all time ..their is No app to other sms facility.* voice take much late ..*After login app goes to offline.. *many times call failed or displayed zero balance...*When I disconnect call, it continues 10 to 15sec After call Ended. **Pix it.app to app also poor voice and Video call 0n 2G . .Admin plz pix it.. or close the app.. no need to use wt this All problems

Why there is not even 50 cents for testing app , there is no help & support , i want to purchse credits but unfortunately there are so many in app purchases apps and people are unable to purchase from google wallet account, please make it simple to purchase credits by Google wallet account, millions of people dont want to purchase credits from other money collectors like cashu , paypal etc
