This program currently provides 4 different calculators which are usable for different questions and calculations.

The interest calculator is used for a single investment which bears interest annually to a rate over a certain duration.
The interest calculator provides the following choices:
- initial capital -> one time investment at the begin of the duration
- interest rate -> interest rate to which the investment bears interest annually
- duration -> amount of years the investment bears interest
- final capital -> amount of capital at the end of the duration

So questions like:
At a given initial capital, a duration and a final capital, what interest rate is needed to get that final capital?
What is the final capital you get with a given interest rate, duration and initial capital?
can be answered.


savings calculator

The savings calculator is useful for monthly payments, which bear interest at a certain rate every year.
Furthermore the interest rate can be dynamic and a one time investment can be choosen as the initial capital.
Moreover a duration can be determined at which the capital bears interest annually but there are no monthly payments anymore.
The following choices are provided:

- final capital -> one time investment at the bigin of the duration
- payment rate -> additionally paid monthly rate
- dynamic -> percentage of the annual decrease of the payment rate
- duration -> duration of the monthly payments and the interest
- waiting time -> additional period at which the capital bears interest without monthly payments
- final capital -> amount of capital at the end of the duration + waiting time

So questions like:
What dynamic must be choosen at a given initial capital, payment rate, interest rate, duration and waiting to get a certain final capital? ...
can be answered.

inflation calculator

The inflation calculator is useful to calculate the value of an initial capital at the end of a duration for an inflation rate
or to calculate the decrease of the purchasing power.

The following choices are provided:

- initial capital -> capital at the begin of the duration
- inflation rate -> percentage of the decrease of the monetary value
- duration -> amount of years the decrease is calculated
- final valuel -> value of the initial capital at the end of the duration

So questions like:
What is the the monetary value of my initial capital after a given duration at a certain inflation rate?
What is the duration until a given final value is reached at a certain initial capital and inflation rate?
can be answered.

withdrawl calculation:

The withdrawl calculator is used if there are monthly payments which bear interest annually at a certain rate during a certain period.
Furthermore the rate of the payments can be dynamic and a initial capital at the begin of the payments can be chosen.
Moreover a final capital which you want to achieve can be selected. this calculator is perfect to calculate a pension.
