Works great with Nokia BH-310 b/t earphone. Only the ROM FM-radio (needs earphones pluged-in) refuses to give the sound through BTmono. Very easy too use ths app. Thanks bedoig!

The app for my situation. Needed to play music from phone to fiat car system. (Fiat system does not allow music from device for some reason). This worked. The sound is not great but it does the trick. Would be good to get hq sound but it will suffice for now. Good app Thank you.

Looks like it's doing the impossible by routing media audio over a BT phone connection. Unfortunately it seems to hold the mono connection open. I have a headset that can connect to two BT devices, one stereo/media and one for a phone/mono. Phone calls interrupt the stereo connection, so I was hoping to use this so that alarms could also play over the BT mono connection, but when I turn on BTmono the stereo connection gets permanently put on hold, even if I'm not playing anything. Would it be possible to have BTmono only open the mono stream when needed? I'd happily pay for that functionality.

Works with Nokia BH-110 in Lava Iris X8 This is awesome app. I was having problem with mono Bluetooth and only call audio option was available, but using this app I can listen songs too with Bluetooth. Really love this app

I download the app and it worked great for about a week. Suddenly my bluetooth signal started getting choppy and then stopped altogether, along with mobile hotspot, and wifi. I assumed it was my phone (GS5) and was planning on upgrading. After phone was hacked and knowing that I have no rhoag apps on my phone besides BTmono nor do I do any surfing of anykind. Only work mail and iheartradio. I removed btMono and all my bluetooth, mifi, and wifi instantly started working on reboot. I love the idea, but it killed my phone and possibly opened it for hacking. I'd rate 5 stars while working but due to killing bt, wifi, and mifi and possible hack I have to do 2 stars.

Works great. On off switch allows all audio to be played through my Bluetooth headset instead of phone speakers. App does not load in background on phone startup like some other annoying apps.

I bought a bluetooth heatset. The one that plays all phone's audio "natively" is more expensive than the one i bought. With thjs app i can do exactly the same for free!!! (Suggestion: seek bar at bottom of the app is not synced when phone's volume changes. Thjs is a minor "bug" but it could be a good idea to fjx it)

I got this for one reason .. to listen to my visual voicemail using YouMail on my Jawbone II (non A2DP) Bluetooth. Youmail only works with A2DP headsets. When I am in the car and need to listen to a voicemail, Bluetooth is a must. It's another step to activate the app but saves some $$$ for a new headset. Like the Jawbone in all other aspects. Would not use it to listen to music...still mono bit it does work. Maybe a podcast audio. Works for everything!

I was shopping for a new headset because the H730 doesn't support A2DP. While researching new headsets, I ran across this app, installed it, and it worked perfectly w/out any fiddling around. Saved me from getting a worse form-factor headset and lots of money. Great app! Thanks!

My T-Mobile Touch would not play my music using Bluetooth, until I installed this app which is a must for me. Now thanks to this app I can have my music no matter where I am or what I'm doing. I tried a couple of other BT monos who claimed to do what this app clearly dose and dose it effortlessly. Well done guys, you nailed it. Keep up the good work.

I have used this app for a while now. It works great for sending all phone audio through my headset. I am currently pimping a Sprint Nexus S and the only issue so far is that audio from Waze navigation app isn't going though my bluetooth. It is unknown if this is because of Waze or something else right now. Will update the review once found out. I would suggest all use this app though!

I hear music and sound clicks when I type. But I dun hear my message notifications when I get a email or text. I also hear cracking sounds sometimes. Everything else works OK. But wanted this to hear text message notifications while at work. So this blows.. lol Phone: Nexus S Bluetooth: Plantronics Explore 220

First turn on BTmono and then ask other people to call you from skype, you can hear the voice from the mono bluetooth, the microphone can also be routed. If you call other people, the BTmono can't work, so still more effort to do. My S3 is rooted android 4.1. But only works for one day, and I don't know how to make it work again.

I have found this app works VERY well if you are like me and use your phone to listen to audio books either in the car or on a train/plane etc.. Its ok with music but to get a good quality sound playing back music you would need a good quality BT Headset, dont expect great music through a cheap headset BUT audio books play back perfectly both on my £4.99 cheap BT earpiece and also on my decent Jabra in car setup. Works great on my HTC One X with LeeDroid ROM and on the Stock 4.0.3 ICS ROM. It works well with the standard audio player and also Audible (Audio Book Shop & Player) Recommended! But as the coder says it wont work on all phones so check before leaving neg feedback. For me its ideal!

Hey ! I kinda agree and disagree with the BTmono well I have a LG HBM 235 bluetooth headset and I don't know what but when I turn it on and go to my facebook or other apps it automatically close so if read this I hope you find a way why it happens? But good enough :)

I have a Galaxy S4 active phone. I can get the audio thru my bluetooth for a few minutes then it disconnects. I reconnect, and it keeps disconnecting. Also, if I get a call while it happens to be connected, after I hang up the call, it doesn't reconnect. I'm uninstalling.

I bought a new wireless headset today and didn't know how to listen to music with it and I found this app. I installed it and listened to some music and it sounds terrible. I'll rate 5 stars if you can fix that. But I'm still going to listen to music on it.

It does exactly what it claims. Sounds quality isn't great but that's not the fault of the app. I use this to listen to streaming radio on my Cardo Scala Team Set while riding my motorcycle.

App works on my note 2 with blue parrott B250xt. Sound quality is on the disappointing side. But it is the only option at this time. Works in my media player, pandora, skype and youtube. Side volume keys operate bluetooth volume when playing music and does not actually change volume. But the sidekey does put the volume display on screen where you can hit the volume settings button that comes with it and adjust from there on the note 2. The blue parriotts volume control also works.

There is noise everytime I use it, and its not my Bluetooth. I have 3 and all of them make the same sound. It's like a bee in your ear.

This app didn't work on my last phone. I was excited when I flipped the switch and heard music. It was pretty loud too but then the volume decreased. It isn't hugely noticeable but it is annoying because I want to listen to it at the first volume. It isn't loud enough at the adjusted volume or whatever happens. Also the sound quality is just OK which maybe my but which is a plantronics it case you wondered. It does do what it suggests though. I think we could do better though.

Took a little fiddling but I had found the most comfortable headset ever, and it refused to play my audiobooks or any media. I tried to hit play and nothing happened when I installed this..then i toggled it off and on and tada! I can hear it! Amazing!

Wow finally! I'm serious, i just installed & quickly uninstalled several apps that claim to do this same thing. i had several problems from various apps, & no luck, or they crashed which i don't usually have that problem with apps. This one does it, & does it a little smoother for me at least. I really had to dog to find this app! Enjoy. Will give it 5 if the paid app works even better.

Of course the music sound isn't great. But that isnt the fault of this app. It's the Bluetooth itself. But you can hear your phone clearly on your Bluetooth, I even use it to watch netflix and the sound is perfect!!!

Am using Galaxy Note..and its not work for my device. Everytime i play music or video using this app..it'll be pause..abd wont play untul i turn off this app. Very frustrating..need to uninstall..

I couldnt play music via my headset on my s2. This helped a lot although the music quality is a bit off. In all sense a life saver

The app works as promised, but the quality is inconsistent. Sometimes there is a lot of snap, crackle, and pops. If that's fixed, I'll give it 5 stars.

Works fine for most part but caused a drop in volume when audio connected to bluetooth devices that do not require use of BTmono. I now have to use the program to be able to hear audio no originally needing BTmono program and it's annoying. Deleting program does is not resolve problem.

Now i can finaly listen to music trough my bluetooth headset. I tried to play music with my orginal mobiles music player and it didnt work. It kept saying not possible during call. Then i installed the music player app and it works perfectly now.

Watched Dave Bennet Youtube video. App only wants your bluetooth info, not your life story. Can keep my phone in my bag while working and drown out the BS.

My phone doesn't support mono headset output but after trying 50s applications, I found this gr8 app for my Asus ZENFONE 5......... but all updates of lollipop it doesn't work please help me

Just as a heads up. I had to start the music and then turn the application on or my phone said "unable to play during call" but other than that I love it. It's just what I was looking for; something to allow me to listen to music via headset.

Using a cheapy ZTE Unico and a plain old PS3 headset. Works as expected with simple on/off. Couldn't imagine how this could be any easier.

It's the first app I could find on here that plays the music this is a good app every other one I used it didn't play anything it just played off my phone every time I connected it I tried this one and I love it all I use is spotify and it works great the only thing is it doesn't play any of my music on the phone itself only on spotify and YouTube so great app I wish it would play my own music though

Droid X with 2.3.4 update - was unable to steam or play locally saved music to BT.
