I've been using this app for two years, but recently I can't even sign in to the app because I keep getting lived off due to an error, so I can't order a coffee. I also get spammed with emails daily now. Very disappointed I used to use this app allot, but now I'm going to uninstall until there are no more issues.

Still flaky. The only reason I use it is because there are no other alternatives. Which means once a better alternative comes out, I'll switch straight away. Half the time, when I want to use it, it stalls, looking for places. I can't cancel it, especially when I am looking for a specific place. I give up or by the time it finally loads, I'm already at the coffee place, defeating the whole purpose.

Recently started spamming me with notifications e.g. "Are you struggling today? Buy a coffee from us, you clearly can't cope on your own." (I paraphrase slightly, but still.) These cannot be disabled in the app! They're not even special offers, they are just spam/advertising. I've been a regular user for a while but will stop if this continues a few days more. Unacceptable.

Have used this for over a year and in the last two weeks I've had nothing but issues. I can't log on at all. It has also started spamming me with notifications and I've had to turn that option off in the app. Very unhappy. Will be uninstalling if issues aren't fixed in the next day or two.

The app is finally stable (after a long period of bugs/crashes), but has now started displaying ads via notifications. I dont know what this company is doing - you have a successful app, why do you keep doing things to shoot yourself in the foot?

Great app, I used to use it all the time. I wish there was a way to incorporate reusable coffee cups into this mix. I am trying to minimise the waste I personally contribute so I get my coffee in a reusable cup now. This renders the app useless to me as I can't order ahead. I have a concept of how this might work with the coffee shop's buyin if you want to contact me about it.

Spams notifications, drains battery, constantly drops orders or is unable to put them through. This used to be a much better app but recently has really gone downhill.

When this app works, it's great. The rest of the time it is buggy and doesn't want to work. I'm almost at the point where I'm going to delete it. It doesn't load half the time when I have reception for everything els3 and I get errors for no apparent reason.

You're handing out marketing and promo offers without checking if your app is crashing? Seems pointless. Uninstalled.

I have been bombarded with push notification ads today from this app, with no in-app setting to turn them off or opt out. Extremely annoying.

This App has serious issues that need to be addressed. Often you order a coffee and the order is accepted by the coffee shop but the notification of order being accepted won't come to you until an hour after you picked up the coffee. So you don't know if they have even got to your order. It just adds another layer of complexity to your -already complicated -life.

Keeps spamming me with notifications and there's no way to turn them off in app. If I disable your apps notifications in system settings I lose order confirmations

Was good. I used to love it. But recently disconnected the credit card. I have push message but couldn't open. They should be serious about their product!!

No option to turn off push notifications aka their ads. I've had 10+ notifications this morning alone. The kicker? The notifications don't even work when you tap on them.

Getting smashed by the notification spam. Also the onboarding UX needs a lot of work.

Users should pay attention to the recent feedback, there's a reason for it :/ stop spamming users with messages that aren't even offers, we don't need reminding to buy coffee from our usual every morning

The app fails to order coffee when using credit from a voucher code (order button is unresponsive) I've heard it works when a credit card is added to the account but that kinda defeats the whole idea of a "voucher"

Hard to find loyalty cards, have to login all the time. Just went to redeem a free coffee and my loyalty card has disappeared.

already an unstable app that fails to load more times than it does, but they've added annoying email spamming to their "features" now instead of just fixing the application

Have had over 10 notifications today which the link doesnt work. Very annoying.

Created account. Got some sql error too many connections. So tried create account again. Said account already existed. Tried log in and app just hangs...

Notifications are annoying and unable to be switched off. They also don't work when you try to follow the link.

Had heaps of issues with migration from old app, now shows me SQL errors and white screens

Continues to be broken. Good concept, really really poor technical execution.

The 'place order' button doesn't work. So the app is not very useful.

Idea is great however Ap keeps freezing and has been off line a number of times.

Has been a quick and easy way to pre-order food and coffee but recently has been showing shops as closed when they are actually open.

Would love a fix that stops the app from adding extra coffees to my order. There are way fewer bugs in the iOS app.
