Taco Cabana

So I placed my order 30 minutes ahead at the Montfort Prestonwood location. I come by to pick my order and the manager tells me that online shouldn't be allowing orders to this location. Something about an upgrade and no orders are coming through now. He was about to charge me again after placing the order with him but then I showed him my receipt. He gave me my order and apologized.

This is awful. I can't even order my favorite menu item, chicken enchiladas. This sucks. Please for the love of all things good fix your online ordering app.

Taco Cabana is known for the carne guisada tacos that is the one of the few items that is missing from your app there are also no promotional coupons or any advertising sales or anything this app is not that good needs to be updated as soon as possible you cannot forget the carne guisada tacos that is the main thing that people order

Great food and i go back alot for breakfast and lunch and dinner great food. .....And employees and mangers are great and receipt....

I see you still haven't fixed this, 2 yrs later: The back button should back up the menu, not just exit. The menu still needs a lot of work.

Gets to payment screen and keeps saying the information in the state field has an unrecognized value. After trying a bunch of times, closing and reopening the app 3 times it finally processed my card. It should have been tested better before being released.

The app works well for ordering, but my normal location off Webb chapel is enabled for curbside checkin but it never works. I checkin and put my car description in the app but I always have to go inside. They've shown me on the order board where it shows I've checked in but it doesn't show my car info, that I entered in the app, so they don't know how to find me. This communication between the systems needs to be fixed and I will up my rating

Love the idea of saving favorite food items and being able to order them on the fly. But WOW is it ever difficult to navigate. In order to find/order your favorites you have to click on MORE rather than ORDER. Then once you figure that out, you think you have it made. But it's still not very user friendly. Has lots of potential but is currently very frustrating to use.

Order 8 tacos, two different types, extended our order time 30 mins. Go into the store, 5 minutes. Point of online ordering is to make things more efficient.

I won't mention the online ordering because it's not yet available at my store, but it's really infuriating when the entire app closes every time I push the hardware back button. Make that button return me to the previous screen like every other app on the play store.

Has no promotion offers and if use to order you can't choose to alter food to say add cheese or remove tomatoes it is literally the most useless app ever

Where are the Carne Guisada options?? You offer carne guisada tacos and a plate at your restaurants but its not on the menu on your app, which really stinks since that's one of my favorites

Was tying to place an order and the app kept kicking me out. I gave up and uninstalled.

tried to order at eleven forty five at night on september first and it will only let you order for september second and so on So you should try to make it to where you can order a lane at night on days like this

Times are too long, can't customize order except for "no ice" in drink, it's not logical, Widgets don't work and then it says "due to the size of the order" (2 breakfast taco combos) it won't be ready for over a half hour. Terrible app

The menu is very limited. Where is the carne guisada??? Fix menu and I may use it

Won't process payment because it doesn't recognize the state as a value in the field. FFS Taco Cabana get it together.

This is just a web page in a window. The back button doesn't work as expected, so it's worse than if you just used the website. Adding a coupon didn't work, and we ended up just ordering at the counter like normal people.

Some locations. There ordering online is not working. Properly so i guess is better to go there

I was real excited to see this because the people who work at my Taco Cabana are constantly overcharging me and messing up my order, but the store near me doesn't take online orders yet. Guess I'm gonna have to live with the let downs.

I just in stalled this app. Please consider Kaufman Tx for a new location or Forney Tx I have to drive 22 miles to Ennis Tx. We need one on Kaufman County Thanks

I really wanted to use this since I order about 5 times a week from Taco Cabana. I couldn't complete my order because when you customize your taco, it only allows you to remove items. You don't have the option to add cheese for example. I wanted to like this, but it doesn't work for me as is right now. I'll check back later on re-evaluate and see if it's been added. Honestly, Im kind of sad right now :-(
