I was 5 points away from getting a free drink and when I went into the shop to get those points my app wouldn't work! I logged out and logged back in and BOOM! ALL MY POINTs were GONE. So surprising right be for I get my free drink I lost it just like that. How "convenient"!! Where did my points go?! It says I "signed up" today (4-4) and I signed up in December 2016!

It won't let me past the "verify" stage. I have yet to get an email or text to verify it. I am uninstalling this app for its poor quality and unfriendly user interface. Please fix or go back to the previous version of earning points, which worked much better than this.

I had a free drink which was going to expire Fri. Tried to redeem it & the app was super slow & not working correctly. The girl in drive thru said the car in front of me had the same problem then proceeded to tell my the issue was with my phone. Finally got the code to pull up & she scanned it. I closed the app thinking I was fine. Then she said it didn't work & asked for the code again. The app wouldn't pull it up again! A manager came over and tried to help. I finally just paid. & my points redeemed.

I have invited at least 6 people with my code and haven't gotten any points while everyone else gets 10 points off of me. Not real happy at this point with this app. I go to beans at least 3 times a week if not more.

Same problem as Melinda, I had my free drink and i try to get into the app to access it and the app would not get past the "load" page! How am I supposed to redeem my free drink? This app needs serious work.

If it's gonna be based of receipts, I shouldn't have to ask for it everything. Train your employees to give the receipt. The app doesn't even work half the time. Missing the card system, when I actually got to use my rewards.

Went to redeem my free drink and the cashier said it wouldn't work because the official app launch wasnt until the following day and the code would come back the next day but my phone says that it was redeemed.

I haven't been able to redeem my free drink I have invited at least 3 people and they all got points and after weeks of waiting I haven't gotten any points at all. I'm ready to stop giving any business.

It won't go past the "swipe left" screen to even sign in.

the link to invite friends does not work.

Wouldn't accept my receipt that was only a week old. Employees don't give receipts unless you ask. Can't transfer points from old card (which had a free drink on it.)

App won't cycle past the "verify information" page. I keep pressing Continue, it thinks about it for about a half a second, and then nothing. Go back to the cards, or use someone other than a barista to build your app.

Went to redeem my free drink for downloading and it wont work n the cashier has no clue about the app so frustrating

Card system worked way better. The employees never even offer a receipt

I've loved B&B since the 90S much better coffee and service than any other joint guaranteed

Suxs go back to the cards they worked way better at least then you got your points and could redeem your free drinks...

Why no rewards card? I still have to have my rewards card in my wallet, which was a primary reason I downloaded the app to begin with. Pretty bad thing to miss...

I can't get past the "swipe" pages. It is in a perpetual loop and even uninstalling and reinstalling does no good (did that 3 times!) Not worth even a single star

This app is definitely better than having the card. Earning the points is incredibly easy and I've had little to no issues using the money that I earn by accruing the points. The only feature that I think would make it perfect is if the location section also showed which locations offer the sandwiches and other food. Still love this app though!

Go back to the card. What's the point of even having this stupid app when the cashiers never give you your receipt to scan the bar code. Maybe instead if having the receipt scanner have a kiosk at the register and the customer just enters their number.

Doesn't go pass the swiping section I like the cards better.

Says my cvv code is wrong when it's right . Won't let me scan. Waist of time.

I don't like how you have to add a card. I like to pay in cash.

All it does is store your credit card. Doesn't store rewards card or no other features besides show the menu

Without assurances of credit card data security, this app is a glorified menu. B&B is "PCI Compliant" but doesn't disclose which merchant validation level. LevelUp passes through cc info but doesn't say to where so i can't even find my own assurances. A Google search shows LevelUp partnered with Heartland Payment Systems in the past. Heartland owns the largest cc data beach of a payment processor in history, so i hope that's not where the cc data goes.

Paid with the new app today. Worked great, but I need my rewards card linked.

Just need to be able to link the House Rewards card to it, then I'll give 5 stars.
