Overall the app need improvement especially in petrol station. But it's useful app when u forget ur wallet.

Easy to Use, Safe to Use, Fun to Use.

It used to be a good application, but after the last update it simply has become the weakest link in the chain. Now referrals for AED 25 have been removed and AED 50 has to be reached to withdraw cash back rewards for each purchase. Simply lost confidence in using that app and would like to stress out that this app has become useless. Do not install this app, it's a waste of time and no rewards at all. Again: do not even think about installing such useless app. I don't know who has decided to change the company's strategy, but this will certainly put you out if business. Already posted to my 10.000- followers about all the same. And how to verify a credit card with one AUD amount if we don't use AUD?.

It is nice app. Works really well, the model working in Carrefour or other stores is fine, but when we come at petrol station, I found it a little slow, like it takes almost 2 minutes to fetch the amount from the petrol station. After the nozzle is placed back it should have to be faster to pull the amount. Remainig everything is very good and very nice????

Doesn't seem to work on Xiaomi Mi5 mobile phone. Doesn't recognise payment terminals or stores, despite Bluetooth and NFC being activated.

I used it at Carrefour today its working good only ptoblem is Referal Reward Aed 40/- is not coming as in front of me my friend install beam and use my code but still did't get balance. Please assist. Thanks

Every update has made this great app worse. Doesnt work at petrol stations anymore. It Sucks!

Enoc has stopped giving bills for beam transactions. I don't understand what is going wrong with beam last few months... Horrible.

Not good application

Much better now! But one of my credit cards linked to beam charged me fees for paying through beam considering it a transaction though an international website. The card is issued in Dubai, the purchase was made in Dubai in AED. PLEASE DO NOT RESPOND AS USUAL BEFORE TAKING ACTION. Yes I know it is from the bank issuing the card. However, you chose to make your website international.

The new update doesn't even give the amount once the nozzle is reinstated to the pump.. It keeps saying , waiting for amount Same day I tried to use as vox, didn't work there either.. It's getting worse day by day.. Used to love it.. not anymore. Reward percentage is extremely low!

It's getting worst. It was very good initially. Not only the rewards but the quality of the app has also deteriorated.

Worst customer service experience ever, I have been chasing them for over 2 months to reinstate my account and they still haven't fixed this and it is very frustrating that I have to keep following up for an update, don't waste your time and money trying to use this app.

Need a feature to give a short nickname to the card. At the moment it on purpose shows last 4 digits of the card number with with Visa or MasterCard label. Adding more cards would make it difficult to remember by number. This need Card Nick Names.

Occasionally cumbersome to process payments especially if the merchant does not have sufficient know-how but otherwise a convenient method to pay. I especially like how it pops up in locations to let you know that beam is supported here.

Your latest update has a major bug in Bluetooth LE stack. I took me 3 weeks of troubleshooting including factory reset my phone twice to find out why my battery life became terrible all of a sudden. Turns out it's your app. It's aggressively waking up the phone to scan for Beacons in the background and I couldn't find a way to kill it except by removing it completely. Now my battery life is back to normal and my phone lasts 18-20 hrs on a charge (Samsung S8+). Please fix it or I'm ditching you forever.

Still not reliable except at petrol stations! Not all Carrefour branches are using it,,, many other shops that are announced to accept beam are having technical problems and not solved since more than 3 weeks .. the reward system is getting very poor ( less than 0.05%) and must reach 50 AED to redeem.

All my rewards which was more than AED 100 gone once they renew the app, and they did not give it back to me even after I complained, they did not care and just came back to me asking if my case is completed or not. They don't know what they are doing such as Happy me???? Unhelpful team. There is no need to use it all.

Terrible customer service. I have been having an issue with my app and they have not been helpful at all, have not responded to my emails and the 'live chat' is useless.

While trying to reply on your support email its returning and giving error. Remember i have so many times this type of practice

While the app may be ok, the terminals aren't always reliable especially at places like ENOC petrol stations or Carrefour. You may have to try quite a few times (whilst getting angry stares from customers waiting in line) before it works and quite often not even. The whole purpose of the app is quick, easy, repliable payments, however this isn't the case. E-mailing the support team is the worst because it doesn't help; usually they respond with standard template replies "thanks for your feedbak... we'll look into it... etc". Good thing now is that there are other mobile payment apps to try out.

My App keep crashing in one plus one mobile after update It doesn't even open

Evytime when I pay in Carrefour... I need to select the counter number ... it doesn't take the device automatically.. feel little uneasy...

Very easy to make payments and it's very convenient as you don't have to go for your wallet to make the payment
