According to recent studies, depression and especially seasonal affective disorder could be reduced by emitting light to brain via ear canals, thus improving a person's energy level. There are expensive consumer devices available for treatment, but now you can do it yourself with this simple app.

Just set the treatment time from menu and place the phone to your ear (like when calling someone). The display will illuminate to maximise light output to brain, and when treatment is completed the phone buzzer will signal you to remove the phone.
