This app is only occasionally useful. Often when you put in a stop number, you will get a message saying "Error- problem retrieving data." And that's all you get. No arrival times, nothing. This happens at multiple locations, any rime of the day or night.

Brainless socially. Inept pea brains rate this app low. It's fast ,easy and accurate. Brainless f.s who hate their life. What else do you want. Duh what. Yeah useless carbon units. This app should be 4.6 if you go in a hole. Eveyobe else stay good and enjoy. Oh and in just a happy user of app

When they updated this app, it erased ALL of my favorite stops. This isn't the first time I've had issues with this.

This app is essential for Portlanders. It uses free data to provide a reliable and accurate service for real time bus times. Simple, and ellegant although it has some flaws ive been using it for years.

It tells me when the bus is coming even if it's going to be late. Sometimes it erases my stop but I still love this app.

Looks better & easier to find stops. Telling us how many minutes late/early the train/bus is running is awesome, too!

I'm been using it for years and the times have always been correct. I just wish I could see the next 5 bus times instead of the next three considering some stop share bus lines.

Please fix the bug of scrolling up: when I view arrival times for a stop, scrolling up after scrolling down only refreshes the page.

This app is a transit life saver. The full bus route and ALL stop IDs on one screen. Brilliant!! TriMet needs to buy this app for a nice price and distribute this to the Metro masses!

Pretty good. Except that, in the search results, you can only scroll down, but not back up. Instead, it thinks you're trying to refresh.

I keep getting "error problem getting data" it wont work anymore and ive uninstalled and reinstalled it.

I've used this for more than a year, and seen it improve consistently over time.

It's great and easy to use but I've missed too many buses because of it being wrong

I like it a lot, it can be frustrating at times but otherwise it's very helpful!

This app makes me look real cool when me and my friends try to take the bus.

When I go to delete a stop, other stops end up deleting and the one I want to delete stays. Please fix this.

Love the new interface!

I have been using this app since 2013 and it's been efficient. A couple times I've experienced crashes with the app not able to pick up data. would like to suggest that the app maker adds more important features, such as offline capability. It would be great if someone could access this app offline. Can this app be remodified to have offline accessibility?

No longer stores the stops

For those of us who have S7's, hold down the back button for a couple of seconds and the menu options will pop up.

Like many other reviews, the app is great except for the missing menu button. I recently upgraded my phone from a Razr M to the Galaxy S7. The Razr had the menu option (not an extra button on the phone, but in the app itself) but the S7 doesn't. Would easily get the 5 stars if that was fixed, especially since it's been happening for over a year. Luckily all my old saved stops are still in the Razr.

Useful App. Simple, intuitive except now new Android phones do not have a built in Menu button. It was phased out eons ago! Solution for the Galaxy S5 is to hold down the button on the left that you use to select all open Apps. This holding vs tapping brings up the Menu. Would give 5 stars if it had its own Menu button or instructions.

On my new phone I cannot search for stops/lines. Makes this app almost useless for planning trips. Only works to check for next bus if the stop has an id number posted.

Unless you know your stop ID for every stop you need to use, you cannot find it at all here! The menus do NOT list stops like the app says it will! Waist of data space. Where the heck is the stupid menu?

Best simple trimet tracker. For clueless idiots out there whining about no menu button. Hold down the button for 2 seconds to load the menu. Used with galaxy s3 and s5.

We need a MENU button to search by BUS NUMBER. Most stops don't post the stop ID numbers. It used to have a menu button. I noticed you haven't responded to this concern! Please give us hope !! Thank you.....

Cannot save my favorites on the page it says that you can save them there. Also I do not have a menu button on the page well just the two buttons available for which to show like favorites or stops. please fix!!!

PSA TO THE PEOPLE WHO COMPLAIN ABOUT THE MENU: it shows up if you hold down your back button beside the home button for a few seconds. I love this app. It is simple and loads instantly. No navigating through a bunch of menus/buttons. I use this app everyday since I commute a lot. I will give this an 11/10 if it had a QR reading capability to enable my laziness.

This app seems like it would be great, but it doesn't have a menu button on my phone. I'm visiting Portland and the only reason I download it was so I could find bus stops; since it isn't compatible with my phone I will have to uninstall it.

There isn't a better trimet app. The only downfall is the Portland Street car isn't included. When you enter a stop it shows up as not found.
