Notifications not coming through all the time.

I work for lighting roadside assistance this app every day works pretty well

Would be really nice if you could upload more than one picture at a time, I work for Kidds Towing and Tow All. if we could upload more than one picture at a time it would cut our eta down and make us faster.

More times than not, I'm not getting notifications for calls, and I'm missing ETAs because of it. When it does notify, it works great.

Would be 5 star if I was able to look at calls on my map as a driver

Needs some work. Can't get signatures or upload pictures

I would love to see a feature to assign a pay rate and count add up calls to calculate my paycheck

Only thing I have issues with is when I am inputting data in the description area of the finish job page. Apparently there is a restriction on the number of characters allowed. I tend to get the "oops" screen a lot more when I don't force myself to abbreviate my notes in that line. Can that restriction be removed?

This app was great, then the last upsate you messed it up with thst automatic time stamp feature... the main reason I personally csnt stsnd it is the app wants to timestamp when im still like 2 blocks from the actual location. The only uodate this app should have is,REMOVE the automatic timestamp feature..Its sucks!

Well when it works its good but constantly locks up freezes especially when I need it the most very annoying and aggravating

Locks up 10 times per day

would be better if it would stop freezing or had a faster way to add photos.

It's awesome can't wait to go completely paperless

Ever since the update I keep getting ads after ads after ads it's annoying

My company uses this app and the GPS, mapping, and alerts recently in the last couple months has been horrible what gives folks???? I have updated to the latest versions and still it is not working like it used to. I used to have sound and get an icon when I had a call now i have to depend on someone from an office 5 states away to tell me that I have a call in my app?!?! Doesnt sound like your tech people have their stuff together.

Runs pretty good most of the time, but has a tendency to freeze up. The mapping and vehicle are right on target.

Finally working again hopefully with notifications....

It was working fine until the update yesterday, now it won't open

Works fairly well. It's slow and unreliable, but I can deal with that. What I can't deal with is not knowing when I'm sent a call! Sound used to be classified as a notification. Now it's media? Wtf? Also, when I'm using Bluetooth, no sound at all? Please fix this ASAP

When the app works, it is great.

Consecutive multiple down periods in a week.I feel a credit is due towards our account. Todd is combative.Todd the owner cant take factual criticism.Many features haven't worked for 3 years,and it cant even pull a full quarter's worth of reports. I wont pay final bill until Todd lets me have my data.He refuses but we have proof this program never worked. I have no respect for lies.We pay monthly for a product we cant use. Shameful. The support guys are good people...sucks for them

The alert/notifications dont function on my galaxy S7. Please help.

Ive installed app and everytime i login it says ive been disconnected and when i back out and go back in it shows that im logged in i dnt get any dispatch or anything fix the bug so i can login and actually get my dispatches

Every time you hit the end route arrived load drop I get an error everytime you go to put photos on you get an error

It would be nice to see the eta of a call.

Timestamp for when the job was accepted and finished. Maybe a way to text dispatch too.

Rarely notifies of new jobs, causing lost time, and higher etas, super frustrating.

Great app

All it needs is to tell you is how long since the customer called even after the call is in route. I don't understand why it tells you how old the call is before confirming I want to know how old the call is after I'm in route and throughout the call so that I can tell the customer and show the customer that I still have X amount of minutes before my 60 minute e.t.a is up, I would highly recommend this easy slide of the finger tap of the button even running this app from your tablet as dispatch is a snap!

So, I downloaded this app as recommended, once installed I opened the app and was greeted with a typical login screen, however, there are no links to create an account NIR instructions on how to have an account setup, so its pretty much useless.

Please put an (i) icon next to the arrow icons for incident and destination address and have this open default browser and search Google for address upon tap. This will save time if I can just click this icon and immediately know more about location such as business name or apartment complex name... etc.. Google has this info.. also please make it play assigned sound upon any dispatch instead of message tone when dispatched from a cellphone versus desktop....

This app works great for the most part but the notifications aren't working. It has been a problem for me in the past, usually I could uninstall the app and reinstall to fix, but that's not working now. This is a major problem for us drivers. I see a lot of other people with the same problem, could you please put this as a priority to fix. I have been through my phone with a fine tooth comb looking for a setting that could be wrong on my end and I'm very certain it's not my phone.
