Never had a problem with this app have used this for 4 years now

Map could be better..everytime i view where my trucks are..it has reset to default which makes me zoom back down onto the city..booo..also having all the truck icons on the map sucks..i only want to see who is working not all..maybe i can?..i just cant find the settings info on it,how about telling me how to hide the truck icons that are not booked on..thanks for your time

The past couple weeks it's been having issues with tracking. It shuts down and restarts. I'm using an LG V10 if that helps. I have uninstalled and reinstalled with no luck. It happened in the middle of no where. It works great for every other supervisor at my shop, except me.

I use this app daily for work. It seems to make my phone run slower than normal. I can use other apps and my phone works great, but this app makes me phone crawl.

Love app. Been using for a 2 weeks and every day loving more and more make my life easy by a lot definitely worth to invest. Like in every app there are + and - but it good

Just need to be able to change ring tone just like driver app can so i know its work related. Thanks again

Consecutive multiple down periods in a week.I feel a credit is due towards our account. Todd is combative.Todd the owner cant take factual criticism.Many features haven't worked for 3 years,and it cant even pull a full quarter's worth of reports. I wont pay final bill until Todd lets me have my data.He refuses but we have proof it hasnt ever worked. I have no respect for lies.We pay monthly for a product we cant use. Shameful. The support guys are good people...sucks for them

Still doesn't work.. None my drivers ever received a notification removing the reason to even have it. I have had to text message every driver to inform them of a new dispatch.. Its like having a phone that doesnt ring. We've complained every 2 weeks for 3 years.. We've lodged over 75 complaints each time promises were made but never delivered a fix. At least 50 additional complaints were made regarding other issues, never fixed. The only consistency is their ability to debit my account for payment.

Works well with sending calls and getting the info however when editing or rating calls it messes up and kicks me out of the program please fix that asap. Otherwise pretty good app. Update*** Fixed editing perfect! Butttt!!!!!TOO SLOW AND SLUGGISH. POINTLESS!

It doesn't crash anymore but still doesn't let me add services. Says i don't have permission. update: you have to go to the view service details then it will let you add a service

If there is a problem....Beacon doesnt fix it...so you cant rely on it working. Its Saturday morning and we have no functioning dispatch system....were told we have to wait until Monday....by then I will have a new dispatch system....this is crap...by using Beacon you are putting your company reputation at risk...is it worth that??? Why does the customer suffer for Todd and Rudys bad decisions....this update should have never been released...just before the weekend...and then the owners did nothing to fix

The system is down for the weekend. What luck, no way to dispatch our call volume by hand. Timestamp system is STILL a useless noisemaker. STILL with no way to differentiate between a new call, confirmation, en route, arrive or finish; the dispatcher is STILL forced to stare at the screen or check every sound to see if its a new tow magic call. AFTER THREE YEARS, EXISTING CUSTOMERS ARE STILL NOT VALUED AND THE DISPATCHERS MOBILE APP IS STILL NOT A PRIORITY. No one listens...STILL

When selecting yes to add job instantly crashes. Using Android 6.0.1 on a Note 4. Build mmb29m.n910vvru2cpf3

New update crashes on my tablet. Cant use at all. Cant even log in to program. App keeps crashing, can not assign jobs to drivers, many issues with this new update. On a Samsung S5. Can not even log on da with a phone. Tablet note 10.1 was great till new update came out.

Can't saved prices or calculate milage

Not entirely terrible however app constantly crashes when adding a job therefore making it difficult to dispatch jobs. At some points app becomes worthless.

Broken, do not update.

Map issue not showing map just showing trucks on grid with no roads, names, or anything map like. Also it taps into so many pieces of the phone system that it lags the phone (samsung Note 4) needs a way to silent calls but still be open.

I downloaded the app and right away it asks for username and password of course it never allows you to set it up first it just loops between sign in and your not authorized. What a true piece of crap!

I really like the ability to maintain daily operations while away from the office. Its great for after hours management, and owners that want to have the flexibility of leaving the pc behind.

LOADING... When you guys upgrade DA mobile to work as well as the new Drivers App, let the user set different sounds for each different timestamp.

Every touch of the screen initiates a slow loading screen that is likely to glitch and freeze. Almost as slow as texting a dispatch. Also, new dispatches and the timestamps from the drivers make identical sounds. There are no settings to assign specific sounds to differentiate between incoming dispatches in tow magic and the timestamps. It doesn't really seem like an issue: until it gets busy. Then you just have a noisy phone that you have to check constantly to keep from missing any new dispatch.

Too bad Bob, you should fix the problem rather than talk over your customers. There are ongoing issues that need to be fixed. The time should be called from the phone.....not the server and maybe an on board sound notification would help so the driver actually gets the dispatch.....EVERY SINGLE OTHER PUSH PULL APP MAKES A SOUND...NOT THIS ONE......FIX IT....THATS WHAT WE ALL PAY FOR! You consistently blame it on user devices, yet I have a background in I.T.....and you are just plain wrong.Fix it

Everything seems to be working as of right now. I will know after I have had to use it a few more days. I will do my best to send in problems and errors.

Have Note 2 and app now will not allow me to add a service. It will shut down.

Anither great app allow me to have a manager on call and they know what is going on a true asset to my businees like all other DA products

Works well enough wish I could run reports from it though. Also I wish it gave what status and for whos call was being updated cause that alert pops up every 5 seconds and just says call xxxxxx updated

Excellent customer service best program out there. Very cost effective. Everything any towing service will need.
