My Beacon Mobile

I hate this thing and the whole online account thing. The dang thing locked me out of my account saying I put in the wrong password to many times when I put the one I was given in a password rest. Talk about annoying and frusterating...

It does what it's supposed to i login at least everyday with no problems can transfer money between accounts it's great

Can't log into this app half the time. gives an error and for me to call a 800 #, to which I get nowhere, because even tho my name is on the accounts, it isnt 'primary' so they wont talk to me. How stupid, if my name is at least on there, freakn help me. On the occassions that I can log in, it seems like the info isn't always visible. I am constantly having to answer a bunch of pointless questions to log on. The app is really nothing more than a drain to my battery, and a waste of space on my phone.

This app is always glitching out, or not letting you log in, then it tells you that you have to reset your password because it glitched you out so many times.

Please fix the password reset option. Having to do it on a computer is a hassle

Eight times out of ten, you cannot access your account to make transfers/ view transactions, but maybe seven times out of ten you can view your instant balance, which doesn't really help much.

Can only transfer from checking to savings. Doesn't show pending transactions. Need to come up with something better! This is about worthless!

For the last two weeks I have not been able to log on through the app. I have to use the online site. I'm only giving 5 stars because if I gave it a 1 star, my review would be hidden.

Don't know how it got 2.4 stars. The app is great for me. Has all the features of a big bank's apps, runs fine on my phone . No complaints.

App stopped and said I could not continue until I wentto the Beacon website to down latest version. Went and it sent me to the App store and when downloaded It no longer works

I loved the app until I updated my phone to the latest version of android. Now it won't even open...I'd love for it to work with Android 6.0.1

Would like to have a link to access my Visa card as well.

All of a sudden the app quit working. I uninstalled it, thinking it might work, but it didn't. When I go to open the app, it gets frozen in the initial open page. It won't even go to the sign in page.

Can't checking pending transactions..can't transfer money to other people and the bill pay is horrible now...considering switching to another credit union...please add transferring to other people and view pending transactions

Not as great big Banks but great for Beacon Credit Union does all I needed to do

Easy, simple to use.

Beacon black credit card all i want to do is check the balance website wont work anymore and this app is junk phone number is crap on the back of the card. Statements in the mail are outdated. But they have Great interest rate wth?

I got this app so I could use the check depositing since I no longer live in the local area. There is nothing in the app showing a deposit option. Not to mention the ridiculous number of permissions this requires. Big security risk on your part to use.

With the amount of open source apps and developers one would think they could afford someone to make a functional product. I don't want to sound entitled but if you are going to market your business' convenience you should invest some capital to live up to the hype.

Is says the Beacon application is not installed on my phone anymore. I did not uninstall it!!! Now I have to go into the Google Play Store to open it and access my account?? What gives?!?!?!

I must've updated it and now apps not working at all! Doesn't give me an option to uninstall updates!

Have to uninstall and reinstall to get the dam thing to work please fix it

Stupid app says I can't check my account from this device anymore because of to many failed log in attempts. I only had so many because the error message said I was entering the wrong password even though it was correct. I deleted it and downloaded it again and did all the security questions but I'm still blocked from using my phone.

Would give it all 5 stars (now that the available balance is the first thing you see...) if it showed your pending transactions. Every other card app I have owned has shown what purchases are pending.

Now cant get in to app. Gives update button but then says system error. THIS is a stupid app. I think we will close our account.

I can't transfer money fr savings to checking or visversa . stupid. Yge other one was better.. And didn't ask for a blood type to verify who I was. Simply changing the password 2-3 times a week was working fine. Way to go beacon. Way. To . go

Tried this multiple times in different ways. Just a junk app.

I can't believe any reputable financial institution concerned about customer service and reputation would put this garbage on Google play. It's useless. Now going to have to look at other unions around Peru, Kokomo.

What a joke. Other app was 100 times better. I uninstalled the piece of s&*t. Nothing like being inconvenienced with having to get on a PC or my iPad to check my balance or transfer funds.

Right now it won't even allow me to log in. I want old version back.

No idea what other people are talking about. I mainly use it to check my history and balance and works just fine. 0 troubles so far

I used this app a lot but now it asks security questions that I never answer in the first place
