Upon registering, its not opening up the country to be selected... I'm stuck before even accessing the app

A user friendly, easy to follow app that gives me the opportunity to find out about the day to day activities of my child. The app also enables me to keep in touch with the teacher. It provides me with a sense of security that my childs pictures are not being shared over other social mediums like Facebook.

its work great with fast loading. i have google nexus and moto G phone, where is work great.

1) it forces you to select a profile image which has to be in portrait format and doesn't allow you to rotate it or crop it. Image is also distorted. 2) Once registered, it is not obvious that there has been previous news from the feed you follow or are there any pop ups or instructions directing you as a first time user. 3) The moment a news story is selected, the app crashes with the standard pop up: "Educomm has stopped working" with the option to report or close.

I am trying to access filed from my son's school. I am starting to get really irritated, as it keeps kicking me out.
