DroidLab for Android
Missing most of gitlab features
I am.
It is more complete than the other app even though is has lower review. Eg.the other one doesn't allow you to assign someone to a ticket you create, while here it's quite simple. It seems to have most features, though I mostly use the issue tracker on my mobile.
A pretty nice app which does almost everything I need. The one feature that's missing is the ability to click on submodules inside a repository, all it does is show a file with no extension. Although this isn't a huge issue, since I can just click on the repository in the sidebar, but it would be a great feature to add. Other reviews mention instability and crashes but I haven't noticed any of that.
I was really looking forward to using this app, but its orientation is locked in portrait and the screen cannot be flipped. I must have my charger on top and this app will not allow 180° portrait.
As others said, great start. Shows me projects, branches, commits, issues and users. First stumble, does not remember the URL, username and password. Will have to manually enter them every time I run the app which is frustrating. Another user pointed out orientation issues. I now see an option "Lock orientation" in settings. Maybe that'll help. Since this app is now open source, will probably pitch in and add the save login info option if I get the time needed.
The only missing feature for me, is tot be able to see CI builds. Other then that, i'll expect to use it a lot!
Would be nice if there was support for multiple accounts.
Most of the functionality works. But it doesn't show files. Only a message that gitlab 5.3 or higher is required. I'm running a 7.x instance so that should work.
Great app for accessing GitLab.
Not perfect but a great app to get what you need done if you're using gitlab
After a few crashes the file list shows up.
If you have gitlab running somewhere, this is a useful tool to have when mobile.
Only thing missing is a dark theme
not working any more...
My Gitlab is self-hosted, on my own server. App said cert invalid. False! Cert works with Web login. Also tried password many times, wouldn't let me in. Created test user with weak password - no luck. Fix it or return better error info if problem is still on my end. Thanks.

But the app is a visual mess. Fields are overlapping, user avatars are not down sized, the list of projects as a ticker with everything moving makes me feel dizzy. There is just a lot that needs to be improved. However, it does the job for quickly looking up an issue or commit.
Does not help with installation of self-signed certificates and does not offer a ignore option on a pea-sized basis.
Please provide the facility to view snippets
Having notifications for commits would be awesome.
please add support for multiple accounts (multiple Servers) and the network view would be awesome. THX! Great APP!
Throws no warning when trying to log in without a url
It's Free, it works almost all of the time and it allows me to work with Code on the Go. Love This.
As open source code administrator I am super happy with this, hope New and useful features are added in the future
This is an awesome app to go along with gitlab. It's not perfect -- there are a few small issues and missing features (certificates must be verifiable, although this may be an Android restriction; cannot navigate to submodules; large diffs throw errors sometimes) but I don't normally write code on my phone. I just want to see commits/issues occasionally, so the basic functionality that I really want is here. Also, it looks great, just like gitlab does! Thanks for the app!
Happy that someone has started doing this, but 4 stars because it needs more stability. Crashes sometimes and cannot see users in issues. If you correct these bugs ill give 5 stars.
Thanks for this app. It is (well, it was) really useful. Right now though it crashes when I try to log in. I sent a crash report through google play. Please look into it
Good effort but too crashy. Nexus 5 with Android 5
may user need more module in this apps.. like marge request, user setting, profile, etc. but it's oke for beginning
This is a nice little app for any person how is working with a gitlab based repository and to manage small tasks/issues. But I think you need to bump up the app design a bit
please add support for multiple accounts (multiple Servers). THX!
Auth not working with custom port.
can't edit,can't save
Great so but I can't seem to edit anything. It always tells me it cannot open local storage...
Good progress. Still needs some more but great work.
Awesome!
Crashes when trying to view commits. Not so useful...
I couldn't even try this app long enough to see if it had all of the features that I need. The first screen asks you to add your gitlab information and as soon as I do, the app crashes. Worse yet, there is no error that tells you why it wouldn't work. The app simply closes out and redirects you to send a report. Please fix this. I would like to give this an honest try.

I like this app, it does almost everything i expect it to. 2 things though: 1. The edit functionality is not working, getting a "could not write to storage" error. My phone do not have external storage, nor did the app ask for file management permissions. 2. When trying to scroll up in a file list, it tries to reload rather than scroll up (no way around it)
