bcu Connect for Android
Very happy to see I can finally see my balance and transactions. A few minor crashes, but overall very happy with the update.
Quite a polished app. I can't see how to pay someone via SMS or email though, hence the 4 stars.
I have only just installed it, and run it the once so far, but the app looks beautiful and performs perfectly.
I thought that this would be easier to log into my account but it just takes you to the browser...uninstall as its a waste of space on my phone
Very poor app cannot log in or even download the latest update.
Surely you should be able to login to your accounts from this app? Can't find a way. ..
Directs you to websites rather poor app maybe next time research and development need addressing.....
The redirect to the website let's this app down. Ive got mobile banking bookmarked on my phone anyway. This is just a waste of memory. Cmon bcu the reason we want the app is to do our banking. I will remove the app and reinstall once it has access to acounts
Mr.
Works well for me, though no pin access or balance available without logging in. Saved my stored user login data & password. Very fast app via wifi.

No account access. Would make things so much easier.

A good app for info about BCU banking services... but not a mobile banking app. I encourage BCU to look at what Bendigo Bank offer in their mobile app - features like PIN code access, transaction summaries, etc - and then release a proper mobile banking app for Android. I love banking with BCU and understand they are small - so hopefully they can learn something from Bendigo? Collaboration maybe?

Works for me.
Does not do what a mobile banking app should do. Just a bunch of links to web site features. :/

The layout is pleasing. Could use location services to help with finding ATMs and branches in list view. Account access needs to be in there also. Navigation needs work, the *device's back button quitting the app* is just one oddity. I feel I would probably use the website to find loan calculators and rate comparisons, not an app.
but still quirky with the redirect to the browser ? what's up with that ... the ui has been designed by a programmer an not a ui expert. it has improved but still a long way to go

The only reason I downloaded was to get access to my banking and it just redirects to the website which I had bookmarked anyway. Waste of time.
BCU has great internet banking but this app is a toy
Would really like to be able to sign in and access bank accounts from the app rather than being redirected to the website to do so. Most other banking apps allow this. Add this feature for 5 ☆
Love the new layout. So much nicer to use. I actually enjoy using this app now!
Great app, I use it everyday.

After the new update I've actually decided to reinstall this app and what do you know it's actually functional now finally, good job Bcu ☺️ Edit: your next goal should be widgets (available balance, bcu alerts etc)
