When you go to billing, it just loads their website page within the app but there is no way to zoom in, leaving the text so tiny it is unreadable on my Note 4 without a magnifying glass. The whole reason I downloaded this was so I could manage my account without having to use a browser, and this is even worse than trying to use Firefox or Chrome.

This app is absolutely worthless. My id card is not legible and trying to find a doctor is just impossible. Whoever is manning this Internet fort needs to work harder and smarter. It would just also be great if I didn't have to put my login info in every time... Input the remember me option please.

I agree with other complaints about being unable to zoom in on certain screens with tiny print. Also while looking for in network specialists near me and agreeing for the app to use my location, it returned only dr's in Durham, over an hour away. I tried to back up one screen, took me all the way back to start, logged me out twice that way. Very frustrating. Needs a big overhaul.

Leave it to North Carolina to make BCBS suck even more than they already do. This app is so ridiculous! What's the point of an app if I have to log in each and every time. I get your trying to be secure but give the option of staying logged in for some time, like a day or week. I already hate BCBS and their constant screw ups that the patients have to deal with and this app makes it worse. Y'all stink!!

For the last 2 days, claims detail is not available. I receive a blank screen. Fix this please!

A very cheap HTML application wrapped inside web views pretending to be a native app. I am sure your IOS app is just like this too. You always get what you pay for. Sure it is cheap to whip up app like this. The qaulity is cheap too.

It crash to much. It never WORKS.

Pretty useless.

Needs convenient options such as remembering username and/or password. User interface is okay; not the best, but not the worst.

Tells me I need Internet access and will not load my card information.

Keeps saying I need an internet connection. I've tried WiFi and 4g. Everything else works but this app doesn't. Useless.

"App" seems to be nothing more than some links to the bcbsnc website. Not worth the time.

This is not a true app this is more of a internet shortcut. this app will not keep me logged in from thing to thing. Do not waste the space or time it takes to download this "app." thank you and good day.

Very easy to use

Useless could not even pull up my mobile card which was my whole premise for downloading it.

Update: wow! Much better. Prior review -It has been over a year without an update, at least change the UI or update links. A company like this shouldn't have a crappy app.

Can't logon but 55 minutes on the phone they finally say lots of people have this problem. We should have it fixed in a few days. Separately if you attempt to find a doctor you can do so ONLY if you know their name. Why would anyone use this app to search for a radiologist if you already knew his name? Using the app to find a radiologist is useless. Customer no service says they often have technology issues.. And using their web site or app is not helpful. Once they have your bank info, nothing else matters

I love blue cross blue shield when i got it through my job masterguard aka flex n gate in veedersburg indiana they were great and they had what was called a benefits card the company matches you dollar for dollar on what or how much you wantto the card the card covered my preacriptions my copays my back braces, bandaids,thermometers, diaper rash ointment, contacts ,eye drops, ankle braces n wraps back braces anything you can think of it helped so much. But i cannot find that benefit any where else with bbs

I have tried several ways to use this app. It lets me sign in. But that's all. It tells me there are no dr offices with 25 miles of me. When there are in fact, several. It wont pull up my benefits. I deleted this P.O.S. app. Its completely useless on a Samsung galaxy.

Website is horrible too. I hate this God forsaken company...I wish there had been other choices on the freaking health exchange!
