Florida Blue

Upped to a 3 star on the new version. Looks great on surface but when you begin use it has issues. I tried to search for a pharmacy near my zip. It asks to put in zip. That done it does nothing. I pressed enter. Nothing happened. There is no search icon to use.

The updates have made this app so easy to use. You can find an urgent care center or ER with one click. Good design and capabilities.

None of the info ever fits in the screen so you have to search and move the screen around to find what you are looking for. If I could zoom out that would help but I cant. The only reason I gave 2 stars is because I can make a payment after a little effort and don't have to get paper statements.

Every time I use the app it takes me on a tour. Searches suck, filters don't work and when I click on "show more" button it will take me back to the top. I love the co. but they need to fire everyone in their IT dept.

You guys make a lot of money. Why not just have an app that lets me pay. This app is currently useless

What is the point of the app if you don't have the medical card information on it? Absolutely pointless!

Pretty easy fix. Step 1. Select payment type Step 2.enter card info Step 3. Payed send conformation number. I need a new insurance company.

Why are you making it so hard to pay my bill? Don't want my money? Should be simple. Select payment type and put in card info! This "vault" crap has to go!

I like that i can still see my claims and what my cost is before my bill comes in but i cant pay my premium.... and of course, seeing my claims are dependent upon the app actually staying open and not crashing....

Everything was find, till I tried to find a physician! It won't allow me to pick what I want, please fix!

Does not function well at all. The maker of the app doesn't seem like they had tested the app before putting it out.

Just downloaded app and it keeps on freezing! Tried multiple times and it still locks up.

Won't even let me register, app sucks, it's better just to call to find a doctor

You install the app and the screen blinks constantly glitches out 3/10

This is a portal to their mobile site, so it's actually worse than using their horrible website

This app is very bugged out. Doesnt allow much to be done regarding basic policy requirements like payment, locating a doctor, filing a claim.... ORKIN PLEASE!

It tells my my login credentials don't match what's in their database even though they work fine on the web site.

App will crash often and without notice.
