When I first downloaded the app it was great. I guess they updated it because for the last 2 weeks all it does is load and load and load then times me out. I even registered again at the new website and still all it does is load.

I can login thru Firefox on my phone but not this app. Was told to clear history. I am not trying to access it thru a web browser but they Blue Cross app that gets downloaded. It needs a lots of improvements. You can search for Dr and/or clinics but you cannot set a default on how you would like to see the results; by location or by cost. There only way to contact support is via phone. You should be able to send a message to support from the app

Every time I try to use the find a doctor feature I get error message 5004. Just now I got an error message trying to log in.

App and website are fine, but under plans details, I would would expect to find the details of what my plan actual covers. I can find my deductible, claims, and policy numbers, which is great, but having to dig out,my paperwork to see what my plan covers is what I wanted to avoid.

The load times to log in to the app (30 minutes or more) are almost as bad as the wait times they have for you when you have to call the company (3 hours to 3 days) for anything related to your health plan. Very unimpressed.

App works great; correct data, etc. Only con is that it appears to be basically a website in an app which makes it a little slow compared to a truly native app that uses some kind of REST adapter.

The switching of systems at BlueCross MN seems to have caused lots of issues. When it comes to the Android App, for the life of me, I can't log in. I assume I should be using my new login information for the new system? I'm not even sure that I kept the old login information for the old system. Non Android issues? I tried calling in the other day with questions and got transferred around in hopes of finding someone who could speak to questions about claims on the old system and then claims about questions on the new system.
