Blue Finder

I put my ZIP and city and state in the location field but it keeps telling me to edit the location. If this feature does not work, remove it or fix it. I submitted this same review 2 years ago and nothing was done. I don't like having my location turned on all the time. I find the phone dies faster that way and I don't like that apps can track where I am. You have a feature that uses ZIP or City and State. That should work!

It sucks

Though great to get a suggestion on providers, it dies not assure me that the offering is an "associated" (or accepts fep) or, part of the PPNetwork.

Every time i try to use it there is an error message and says I have to call to find providers.

With new update the App is even worse. Just go online, it is 1000% before

App is no longer allowing me to get to login screen; shows im in system as a guest only.

Useless app

Unless you have your location defined by location services, you cannot search for a doctor. If you manually ever your location, the app displays an error that cannot be worked around. This one simple case breaks the whole app. Review will be updated at next app update.

Need to be able to have better search options

Doesn't accept manual location input.

App is unable to find any doctors in my area. Tried expanding radius, can only find hospitals and urgent care centers.

The search (AKA only) function doesn't work. Keeps giving me weird error messages. It seems to think this client side app is its sysadmin. Like that children's book. Then I noticed they're using Microsoft technology. Mystery solved. Oh Discordia. Update: 8/3/15. Wow. It still doesn't work. Looking forward to my next Open Season.

Keeps telling me blue Finder has stopped working report or ok. Fix it. Oh yeah I've already uninstalled it and reinstalled it to. Fix it UPDATE uninstalling and reinstalling AGAIN. STILL DOESN'T WORK. WTF?

Needs work. Location settings keep resetting itself instead of retaining preferred zip.

The server was unable to process the request due to an internal error. No kidding.

This app doesn't seem to be able to find location services. I don't normally leave them on so I manually set a location, that didn't work, so I enabled location services and it still complained. Which just figures because I can't use their website, as I have Blue Shield of California but don't live in California and that breaks its little brain.

As a new user, had a hard time getting the requested info. Never got a provider's name etc. Didn't seem user friendly.

I have no problem with this app. Works quite well and had found Mr doctors, etc within my radius.

Tells me there are no providers for any service within 50 miles of me. I am two miles from DCH Regional Medical Center, which is absolutely in network for just about every possible service.

Worthless. After one search, it makes you a member again and you have to logout and login all the time. When you select a specialty it searches all providers who have that word. I.e. If you search "pediatrics" it searches for all providers who are either pediatric oncologists or pediatric dermatologists etc. which is useless. If you ask to "map all" it will map only one. What a shame to have such a app!

Keep getting error message "Location services are unavailable." even thoigh they are enabled.

There are some physicians that are no longer with Blue Cross.

Not possible to send a question to support

Was hoping this would be better than their website which is also useless.

This app includes dental providers listed as in-network that are not covered. After talking with Manuel from BCBS, they acknowledged the discrepancy, but refused to investigate further.

The app gave me a headache!!

This app is no more convenient than the horrible website the have. They have the same annoying limitations. Don't know what I expected.

I read all the negative feedbacks and wasn't going to try the app, but i tried it anyway and although it might be too soon to give it 5 stars. If i try it again and it works the same way i will update my feedback. It worked well for me.

This app does not use accurate information! You can not trust it! You have to use the website for accurate info.

It keeps telling me location services are off and asking me to define my area. Even then it tells me location services are off. Back in the day we called this a. "Do loop". You tell it to do something and it loops back upon itself. I will find what I need from service providers on the internet. This was a waste of time.
