b-cared is the safe emergency app for people who you care about.

b-cared is a mobile emergency solution especially for seniors living alone. It does not need an emergency bracelet and is independent of a home base station.

b-cared alerts selected contacts in an emergency:
• by manual triggering (SOS)
• through the built in fall sensor
• if the person does not respond to a set time

Through the automatic synchronization with the b-cared Server it reliably alerts in any case contacts or an aid organization. So that b-cared becomes a secure aid for the elderly in emergencies – at home and away.

The b-cared App can be operated easily. The to be protected person only needs to press the large OK button.
Through a secure web portal, the user – or dependents and caregivers – manage optional settings and emergency contacts.

Functionality:

For self-selected times or by the fall sensor triggered, an OK button appears on the screen of your smartphone. If this is not pressed by the user, the automatic alarm function is triggered. The self-selected contacts will be notified through the b-cared Server. In an emergency, the transmission of an emergency card, including the location of the person takes place. With that, help can arrive quickly and even save lives. The contact persons are secured informed even without radio or Internet connection of the user. Therefore, b-cared does not restrict the activity and mobility of the user in any way. The alarm can also be triggered manually at any time (for example, family, emergency services or 112).

• Enter the full name and telephone number so that rescuers have them immediately available.
• Keep the phone numbers of your emergency contacts that are stored in the app up to date.
• b-cared uses GPS, WLAN and radio cell data. Activate the GPS function of the smartphone.

Secure Data Transfer
Emergency and location data will be transferred only in an emergency and exclusively to your selected contacts & temporarily.
Your information is never misused and not passed on for advertising purposes to third parties.

Free
The app is free. Each user receives during the initial installation 500 carepoints with which the app can be used free of charge. More care points or a subscription can be purchased if needed through the app.
