Garden Time (Full)

On my list of garden items I have planted, the AP does not let me see the complete list. For instance, it says I am viewing 9 of 13 crops but I can't get to the other 4. Only 9 are listed. Same problem with the to do list. I can only view 25 of 37. If this is fixed, I'd give it a 5 star.

Tried everything this is the only gardening app worth downloading.

Great app. I love it, especially the light background. It was very easy to add the multiple varieties of each vegetable and to assign them to each raised garden area. I have 7 areas and do intensive planting. The reminders for my sowing and the like are noticeable. The log and notes areas are great. I can keep notes on the seed brand and variety. This is very helpful when I order the next year.

This app does everything my spreadsheet version does and more. Best of all it's mobile and easier to read than a spreadsheet. Just wish it offered reminders on my phone. I will be using this app for many years to come.

Love this app. It creates a schedule for planting everything that you list. Give it a frost date and a list of crops you intend to plant and it creates the schedule for you. It has many of the plant families and the coresponding info on them. Any that are missing can be added to the database as "user created" crops. You can add your own pictures, if you want to include a picture of the seed packet; manually adjust dates for plant, transplant, harvest; add you own notes and plant family info. The app works great. I have not found any flaws. It really is a great help. A big THANK YOU to the author(s).

Just learning about what this app can do. So far its going to help me keep track of my gardening for reference.

The best garden app to date. Nothing comes close. Take your time to explore all the features. It's time consuming, but in a good way! It doesn't fall short on anything. I uploaded my plants for the 2014 season and have all my reminders set. I can see my progress at the touch of a button and can follow the same patterns year after year. This is the best gardening app that I've used, but I only read english. This acts as a gardender's notebook that you can add pics to and only buy once. Data is kept /saved after season reset, so you can always view it. There are some bonuses, my favorite is that it pretty much autogenerates to do list, that you can add to. The only thing lacking is some sort of calender page. A quick look monthly calender page, perhaps one that takes you to editing areas directly is my dream.

Purchased at risk on the back of others comments and do not regret one bit so far. With a big allotment I needed some help with timings. The 1st thing it asks is your frost days and subsequent advice can be adjusted to UK.Then you tick off from their list of produce you get best dates for sowing planting out etc and expected harvest. I have set reminders to ping me as well as added notes of varieties. Apparently I can use the log to add pictures too. I will let you know!

After using this app for a while I am convienced it will continue to improve. It is the BEST I have tried. I have to add the app is developing well. I really like it. I did find an adaptation (i use this prgram nothing elae) that wuorks to track existing trees and seeds. **I am adding to my review as I have used the program for a while frankly it is the best that I have found!

Garden management app. The one thing it is missing is a printable calendar, which I could hang in the hoophouse. It would be niice to not be tied to mobile device, and have a paper copy as a reference when my fingers are dirty from playing in the soil.

I've tried a number of apps and self-designed spreadsheets, but this app is so much better. Love the to-do lists and really good starting data loaded from wonderful resources. The ability to modify that data based on my own experience is even better. In addition, the developer is very responsive to problems (tablet-specific issue with an upgrade resolved very quickly.) Would love a gant-type display, if he's looking for more development ideas ;)

Great app. I love it, especially now there is a light background option. Not everything goes light, (wiggling eyebrows at the author...), but the important parts are very easy to read, now. I do jot take my tablet out there so it doesn't get ruined. The reminders for my sowing and the like are noticeable.

It is basic, would like more plants in database but can add plants. For a begginer like me at gardening its a useful planning guide, helps me plan my garden. Helps give me an idea on planting and harvest times. I have made large garden beds and planting many different vegies, I find this program useful to help keep track of things, I look foward to the development of this app, I give five stars because I am finding it very usefull.

Needs a substantial database vs generic. Too much work to add specifics. Emailed Designer regarding generic veggies etc. Non shalaunt answer was he didn't have time or resources because he only works on App 'part time'. But 'I' could get the information and supply it to him. I did ask if WE Paid for Apps PART TIME. App is negligible compared to Free App. Emailed dozens of designers with outstanding responses/support/updates from Paid apps.Never seen a response like that from a designer before. Live n Learn.

It has always been my goal to schedule successive plantings but never was able to get the timing right. I loaded all the items that I was going to plant this year and found that if I copy the existing entry, I can move the timing slider to have the next harvest period to start the end of the last. The app tells me when to start the seeds for the second harvest. This could be my best gardening year ever.

Does what it says. Useful tool. I always struggle to know when to harvest crops.
