I had a Citi bank account but I had a overdraft of $30 in for a long time. They eventually put me n chex systems in messed up my banking. I found bbva and they helped me????. They also help with money management. The app is simple to use

Good app. The only thing I don't like is if you put in your password wrong once it will prompt the security question if you log in.

I hate that I have to log in with my password just to check my balance. Pain in the butt while on the road.

App now works for Android 8.1, but took way too long to support it. Better late than never!

Fast n Easy! But I can't see my whole acct. # and plus I called customer service to order checks book. For I am moving to my new place soon! And they only accept check. Money order or cashiers check. Customer agent literally hang up on me.

This is the only credit card app I can remember that doesn't allow you to add your bank account for payment. I mean really, we are in 2017aren't we? From what I can figure you have to go to the credit card company's web portal and enter your information....then you have to wait 2 to 3 days to "prove" the account is yours. Even if this is for security, you should be able to do it from app. Spending what I need to to get my bonus, then card goes straight to the shredder.

This app could be awesome but you don't have full control over your cards. You're only able to remove security blocks you have placed. You're out of luck if they place a block on your card. The app also has lots of bugs, force closes all the time. Not reliable.

I used to love this app it was very convenient, but lately it keeps crashing. I can't even open it. I can't remember if it started crashing when I got a new phone (a Pixel 2) please fix!

Only credit card app that will not let you add your bank account, making it difficult to make payments through the app. Very user unfriendly. Others are much better

The app is intrusive and keeps wanting me to "review" it... so I did, and it could be set up better. Even tho I have "reviewed" and rated the app it keeps asking me to rate the app.............. I wish I could give negative stars.

It doesn't work with Android O! When I try to open the app I get an "app not working" error. I'll change my review back to 5 stars when the app starts working again.

I have not been with your bank to make an honest review.Try not to hound your customer before they have had a chance to utilize the service. This app. sux. And so do the service.

It could be a 5 star app if this app still allowed you to manage account such as bbva compass app.... my card was cancelled and now i cant see my acct activity only card

Needs more features. Should have a P2P service built in to be able to quickly send money to friends and family instead of forcing you to log in to a different app to do anything like that. Also need to add the ability to login with fingerprint like you can on the main BBVA Compass app... Needs a lot of work, or else it should just be consolidated with the main BBVA Compass app and shut this wallet app down.

I can't seem to pay my bill thru this app.I should be able to pay my credit card from this app.I have a different checking acount then bbva but all my other cards let me pay thru them

Please add fingerprint login upon start up! Banking app already has this feature. Other than that app is great. Sucks I have to type my password every time I open app.

It screws up on redeeming points. It keeps on giving me errors even though my internet is very good. Can y'all fix this.

They security lock your card at all hours of day and night and give you NO where on this app to unlock it when customer service is closed after 8pm. It takes about 1.5 hours of sitting on hold to talk with someone the next day to unlock card. Need better control in app if bank is going to decide to randomly security block cards and no customer service available to call.

I think it's a fantastic app, great job dev team and BBVA Compass! I love the instant notification of transactions and the ability to challenge a transaction. Plus the notification screen pop-up, great, I wish more apps used this kind of notification model. Merry 2017 Christmas &Happy New Year to all at BBVA Compass :-) Cheers Craig

I can't ever get into this app it keeps telling me the account number is wrong VERY fustrating especially since I'm trying to use this for a job

The only thing to complain about is the fact it's limited to simple payments and does not allow for access to savings, for example, or transfers. Useful though, for paying CC bill.

Okay app. Nothing special. I would like it to have the finger print sensor recognition. Also would like the credit card payment reminder to say $0.00 when you have already paid it. It gives you piece of mind. It will still show a minimum amount due even though you have paid it for the month.

App crashes. The only useful thing about this app was, was, that it would notify you when a charge happened, but that before this updated.

It keeps me up to date with my card activities to prevent fraud. I love the I can disable my card incase it gets lost or stolen so very easily.
