Does anyone monitor this app? It's been next to useless for months, not what I pay my subscription for.No updates since September 2014!

I use this to run the bookings for my business and I can not even click on the bookings to find out more info. Please can you invest some money in fixing this app. Also would be useful to support phones such as the oneplus 1,2 and 3. I would like to also see support for Windows phones

Used to work better but now is really infuriating. . When ask they say no development on old app as being rebuilt from ground up. . Pls hurry we need something to run our businesses and this does not properly serve it's function .. can't tap on any booking on either galaxy device apart from in calendar mode and then it's very slow.

Constantly freezes, clunky, impossible to do anything meaningful. Adwords conversion doesnt work. Support is non-existent. Couldnt be more appropriately named! Avoid.

It works well enough for what I do. No login/logout issues and no crashing like others have reviewed. I only just started using it so maybe BookingBug has fixed these bugs?

Works fine for me. Will update score and review if I get any of the issues reported by other users.

I'm tired of battling this app. Use the main site for my business. Not happy with how awful the app has become.

Log online ok. Go to use the app and it doesn't do anything. A shambles.

These days I can't do anything with this app, it just opens and shiws me the times of any and all bookings. However, before if I tapped on an individual booking I could see more information about the booking. Now I cannot. I turned off notifications to the app and they somehow turned themselfs back on.

No matter how many times I ask to resend password reset instructions it never sends them. Completely useless.

Rubbish. It keeps crashing, dates are wrong for bookings, messed up original bookings. Do not use this unless you want to destroy your business

This app takes around 10 minutes for me to open properly, with 3 restarts. Every. Single. Time. This is infuriating as i need to check this a lot for work. PLEASE SORT THIS OUT.

Can't login useless

App is broken beyond repair. Please just start over and make a functional app. The only thing that appears to work well are the push notifications

This app won't even let me login! Waste of time downloading.

The design is extremely poor and nothing works.

Better off using the full website. Mobile app sluggish. Boxes to enter email and password to small. Cannot easily expand appointments. Uninstall within 5mins

Screen frozen...wouldn't let me sign up

Freezes on login screen. Needs some serious work.

Needs attention. The online bookings are GREAT but this app is not good at all.

Doesn't login

Have reported that I can't sign in but no response. Very disappointed with app and service so far but like web booking system. Come on guys, the details for a date picked just say 'loading' without loading anything. I rely on getting this info which then sets off a series of actions.

Cannot log in. App freezes and stays on sign in screen. Update: still cannot log in.

The app is generally poor and buggy. It is badly designed and needs a complete overhaul.

Definitely needs an option where you can move appointments around/cancel appointments that are already booked in. If said options already exist, they need to be more obvious as I can't find them no matter how hard I try.

This app never closesdown no matter how I try. Very cumbersome. Many of the buttons don't work and if I try to see 'more' nothing happens. If I try to add to my personal calendar from the app, forget it. Most annoying though Is it doesn't close down as there's no exit button nor does it respond to 'back' button. I almost never open this app simply because I have to shut down and restart my phone Update - I've been able to choose the app but the download time is excruciating so after 5 mins I end up cho

But the app does not have full functionality to reschedule clients on the go. I end up using the browser instead. Booking Bug itself works great.

i type in email and password and nothing happens

Cant cancel or edit bookings. Wont even let me click in the booking to see the details. If I try to make a booking through the app it just says "sorry failed to create a booking at this time". Incredibly frustrating!!! Sort it out!!

Extremely poor performance in comparison with the main site and very basic functionality. This is the beta version acting as a full version, which it certainly isn't. This app needs a major overhaul, if it is to fit the "business on the go" tag line.
