I downloaded this app just so I could view my current balance whenever I want. It's splendid at that. One thing that needs to be changed, is I shouldn't have to put in my user id and password every time I open the app. When I chose it to remember this device I assumed it meant when I open the app it would already be logged on. You should have the option to put in your password every time or to just have it stay logged on.

I was able to sign on to my account it said the ID and passowrd did not match. I verified both several times and I would not accept it. I have no idea what is happening, but I coiuld iuse the smae ID and password. to sign on on my computer with no problem. I had to do that to prevent me from being locked ouit (which happened one time)

I have never had so much trouble with a bank before you cant even get in touch with an actual person. My moneys all locked up and they cant give u anything but prompts that hang up on you 0 stars you guys suck!

Mobile deposits take much to long to credit accounts....even payroll checks. Cust Svc at a branch or via 800 is horrific... fees for basic accts? Used to love this bank. Cant rotate screen. 5/9 Officially changing banks....i just got charged 12.50 to xfer money from my savings to checking....my own money....done

BB&T is a great small town bank with all the advantages of a massive mongrel of a Bank like Wells Fargo. The app works nearly 100%, although occasionally the app goes down for service.

This app always worked fine on my old iPhone, but since I switched over to the galaxy s8 I can't do mobile deposits. That's the main thing I use the app for and now it's not even an option when I log in. So I have to pull out my old phone and do it that way and it's a huge pain in the ass.

It's 2017, WHYYYYYYY am I not able to make a payment on my credit card online from another bank??!!! SO STUPID AND ANNOYING. I should be able to make a payment from my bank instead of having to physically drive to my bank, withdraw cash, then drive to BBT to make a payment. This is so rediculous. No happy.

Horrible app. Never works, they've been "improving" it for months with no change, can't get it to do anything. I'm finally uninstalling. Don't waste your time or phone memory.

You need to understand that when the message saying "currently unavailable" is not meaning the app is down. It means your Internet connection is causing a problem to connect. Simply restart your phone...trouble shooting 101...finger print ability should be available within the next few weeks. This is a new app for BBT. There are going to be bugs and updates before it's perfected. Please be patient and don't assume just because you get an error it's the app. Do your homework

I hate how slow this app is at showing purchases. It sucks, you can't do anything but look at it. Transferring money is awful and slow, you can't even put that your traveling. Believe it is time to switch Banks.

Horrible interface. Not user friendly. BBT website is so basic. If you like it you haven't used USAA or a real bank that cares.

The app no longer supports on Samsung Galaxy S3. Edit: Let's me install & log in, then tells me my OS is no longer supported. Then why let me install? Just when I finally had the app working for 8 months, it's taken away again. Guess I'm switching to Wells Fargo.

Love everything about it. I haven't had a problem yet. When i forgot my logon i was able to reach a customer service representative. I'd give this 6 stars if i could.

Instead of typing my password in each time, make it use the fingerprint scanner like every other banking or stock trading app there is. Please just add this one thing. I've been asking in reviews for this since I got my iPhone 5s years ago!

Wasted an hour trying to deposit check. Would not validate, tried about 50 times. Faster to drive to bank.

I have a loan that I owe money on. The app tells me this very clearly, however there is no where anywhere on this app to pay the freaking thing. Which makes it utterly useless!

For days now, the app refuses to invoke, returning a "server not available; try again later" message. Stick with the website.

Great app. Would like to see additional features such as recent transactions in quick view, and ability to collapse items on main screen such as the tip calculator.

My problem with this is application has to do with the deposit ability. This app drastically needs improvement as it will not focus to take photos of the checks accurately.

It truly sucks , never gives me the actual amount i have left in my account therefore it has now been 5x now that I've had a return item fee which is unbelievably $36 so screw this

Used to be fine. For the last month or so, crashes on opening. Completely useless.

Forgot password, later tried to make a new password and the app has no memory of my account. I have the paper with my account info right in front of me...

This apps is retarded it wont even let me log in I put all my information but now it says my account was locked.

Could y'all maybe implement a fingerprint login feature in a future update? Every other financial app that I use provides the option. UPDATE: Thanks for implementing the fingerprint login feature!

Have tried repeatedly to use this thing. Always some issue. I give up. Easier to switch banks.

The whole point in downloading the app was to use the mobile check deposit... It doesn't even give me that option!!!

Downloaded app specifically to use mobile deposits and the option is not available for me. The help video was a bit too quick, but after several stop and go watchings, it's featuring a version of the app the is not current, and shows menu options not on my install.

The app does not work bbt you need to fix your app not working

I would love to rate this app more than 1 star. However, when I login it might let me stay in for 30 seconds before it says the app isn't working and then closes out. PLEASE FIX!!

The only issue I don't like is that, no Fingerprint Login access, which honestly is quite annoying, keep retyping my password

Hard to use. Can't find anything easily. Hard to make deposits. Can't see help screen on phone, too small. Too many negatives to list. Not user friendly.

Stupid app makes me confirm my email address every single time I log in.

Mobile deposit is terrible compared to other Banks. Will not focus on the check about 75% of the time.

Simple and easy to use. Now has fingerprint login support.

Finally the app supports mortgage payments. Fan of the new look and feel. Great job!

Cannot receive personal payments. App keeps crashing when I click incoming payments...

Crashes whenever I try to cash a check which is the ONLY feature I need. Utter trash.

Great! Awesome design and I can deposit checks through the app. I love using it to check my account balances and to check transactions and transfers. I don't even use the real website.

Handy and convenient. As a teenager, I have my very first bank account so this app is all I ever need. This app recieves a five-star rating all around!!!!!
