My business requires BBM channels, we use protected and had to upgrade, losing the use of channels and the store is a big issue for us. And now having standard groups removed will see me cancelling my subscriptions. We lost 20 people from 1 group in a day due to this change.

Transitioning BBM Protected to BBM Enterprise and depriving users of the BBM Shop and BBM Channels is inexcusable. Now we've gotten an update that improves cross platform support and allows for secure group chats but has removed support for old enhanced groups, deleting all old chats and pictures. Making old groups totally inaccessible without warning is a terrible disservice to users! At least Hub integration is back!

As and Enterprise Customer, I use this so I have BBM Protected, I have now lost my groups since updating, a letter to BlackBerry complaining has gone ignored, bring back groups!!!! This is my primary messaging app, please restore groups, crazy decision to dump groups!

Since I updated to BBM enterprise. I lost access to my BBM channel any my BBM shop as I had downloaded a ton of free stickers. Please try and get this on par with regular BBM that you are forcing us to use with our BBM protected service. Just did the latest update and still none of those features have been added. Get working on this Blackberry

Why do we need a new messenger "Enterprise" from BB? The BBM with Protected already works fine. Where are my channels and stickers?! Hello Blackberry! Threema, WhatsApp, Signal works. We don't need you!
