Blackboard Collaborate™ Mobile

It simply does not work when needed, I only have it because school insist on using blackboard

It keeps taking me back to the sighn in page please fix

It would be an excellent app if only I can watch the recordings.

It does not let you login I have to download it over and over again just to get in class.

Horrible, just absolutely horrible. Doesn't even work, now im taking an L because the application doesn't do its job. All I'm getting is a bunch of redirects from the website to the application, and I'm not the only one. Why put this app on the play Store if it doesn't work. And even if it does, it NEEDS some HEAVY TROUBLESHOOTING. have a nice day. ????

NOTE TO DEVELOPERS: this app does not allow you to watch recordings. This app is only capable of allowing students to watch the live lectures. This information should be stated somewhere in the info tab. I just spent way too much time fumbling around on the website and calling your tech support number just to find this information and I'm sure all of the other 1 star reviews are from people with the same problem.

App gets stuck in a loop - You input the session URL, login at the webscreen, then it just goes back to the login at the app. Please fix or advise. Thanks

It will not playback recordings. Which defeats the mobile accessibility for me on the go. It works well enough for in session chat and visual presentations. I also found out I can login twice through phone and computer lol

Finally figured it out. You have to open up the session on your phones Internet (Internet for androids, safari for apple) not Google Chrome and not the canvas app. Then open the session and join (make sure the blackboard is closed before you try to join) and then it will let you do it

It id nonsense. It does not work on my Samsung Galaxy tab 3. When I touch the URL link, it tells me about network error. It asks me for my name and session URL and when I enter those, it goes to browser and repeats the same thing. It is a waste of time.

the app does not allow you to watch recordings. only live sessions. what a fail. please get with the times and make it more flexible and easy to find your sessions by connecting it to the regular blackboard app.

It simply does not work. The app will redirect you to the website for the live class, which then redirects you back to the app, and so on. It's very badly built.

**READ THE INFO** Your company, school, university, etc... must have their Blackboard Collaborative "mobile license". If app doesn't work, THEY DON'T HAVE MOBILE LICENSE!! Get off your phone and get on your laptop where you should be doing your classes, meetings, etc.. Whining about having to do extra work because you couldn't watch on a phone app! Give me a break- you're too lazy to get off your phone and get on Blackboard Collaborative on your laptop instead! There is a wonderful world of technology besides your phone, solve the problem-don't add to it. Imagine doing your own work with pen and paper like the old days ???? Blackboard Collaborative is NOT the problem, the "intelligent" people not reading the app details are!! No MOBILE LICENSE=NO ACCESS TO APP

My Prof. Wanted this for the class, but failed to provide anything else. Also, what does one need a URL for? It is a meeting session~

Seems to not like multitasking. Re-entry into the program while a live class is running or a recorded session from the home screen, task list, or being interrupted by a phone call requires a combination of button pressing and tapping to get back into the session. Weak.

App gets stuck in an never ending loop. Put in URL takes you to login after insert name takes you back to URL. We need this for school fix the app!

The app don't work with the task switching on my Galaxy S5 with the Google Now Launcher once your in the Launcher it is very hard to get back in to the program

microphone is not working, they cannot hear me i press the talk button, it goes down seems working mic icon on participant list looks working but no sound arrives to moderator.

To call this mobile is a joke! The app freezes up my entire phone and once I've temporarily exited the app, it's impossible to open it up again

Won't let you listen to record sessions. Waste of time.

Has trouble launching for live session have to try logging in like 20 time just to get in doesnt offer full feature.

All it does is redirect me to the webpage for the meeting. I can just open the link in the browser for the same effect.

Downloaded app to watch recorded video for online class on the go. The video will not work. It defeats the purpose.

Only worked for a few minutes, then kicked me out. Could not rejoin webinar in progress.

When the recording is live it doesn't allow you to join,so thats a problem

Never logs me in, it just sends me to a website that sends me back to the app and it just sends me back and forth in an endless loop

Don't know what the stupid url or pw is when I didn't set it up?? Frustrating

I have no choice but to install this app because of school requirements... One thing I really need for the mobile version is to be able to write.

Couldn't even log into my live chat, let alone a recorded one. Sucks.

I couldn't even do anything I missed two live lesson option times because it wouldn't work. Now I have to do the Powerpoint option instead.

We tried to use this for my son's K12 class connect sessions, but it will not open live or recordings.

Takes forever to load and I missed the meeting
