I'm a hypptv jumbo pack user but it didn't allow me to sign in..????

I'm a HyppTV jumbo pack subscriber and can't even sign in, even though my phone is connected to the same WiFi that provides our HyppTV access. Please advise.

Only for Starhub users. What a loser.

The whole appeal to this app is that you can download shows to watch later, which would be nice for occasional tv time for my toddler. Guess what? You need internet connection to even open the app. Which would mean WiFi for tablets and such. So it's useless when going out, and I have WiFi at home so why do I even bother downloading shows? Horrible implementation which is not user centric. Downloaded videos also lags which does not make any sense, I streamed videos online with higher quality with no issue.

No chromecast support

Absolutely brilliant app. The icing on the cake would be Chromecast capability. Will be waiting for this.

It's rediculous how my internet service provider is restricting to watch content online .. not sure if BBC and Starhub are in that agreement..

Would be great if able to cast to chromecast..

I would like to give 5 stars but went i try download the video to watch offline. the video start skipping and stuck. Any help?

Horrible content management. Made me waited for over a month for free-to-view Sherlock Season 1 2 3 and they remove them when my waiting period is over...

App crashes on loading. Unacceptable for a paid service.

What is UniFi and Hypptv ??? Why can't i sign in ?

I can't even view a single programme. It just crashes and kept on crashing on Minix

Player keeps crashing so you effectively can't watch anything and when ypu manage to stream, audio plays smoothly but the video transitions can be quite bad.

I need to recover / reset my HubID password (as apparently you have to be on Starhub to use this app, not what it says on the bbc site btw). Not a problem, but I use it so rarely I can't remember the password. I finally get through the automated password recovery system, and I'm told my hub ID again. I already know this, I want a new password - nowhere is this possible within the app. *Sigh*

I've just downloaded this and off course it asks me to login to my starhub hub id and I'm 100% sure my password is correct but it keeps saying it's not! I logged into my starhub go and my account on starhub's website just to be tripley sure and it was correct. Sort it out please!

Mysteriously used up 2gb of background data on my mobile data even though I didn't download anything. Better fix this... I can't keep this app otherwise.

I watched some BBC shows on my Android device, okay though somewhat pixillated. I complained about this to Starhub who asked me to download the new BBC PLayaer. I did so. After that I opened the app but I only get message "BBC Player has stopped working." I cannot open the app. When I try to log in with Hub ID I get the run around of "wrong Password" even though that ID Profile works on other apps. I am disappointed that I can't get BBC PLayer on Starhub. In which case I will unsubscribe from Starhub..

WARNING, WARNING - Stay well away from this app. I downloaded it a month ago to my Starhub mobile phone, logged on. Didn't even watch anything... and 3 days later discovered it had gone thru over 2G of mobile data. After much argument with Starhub (who keep referring to it as a 3rd party app and suggesting i should use Starhub Go), I was allowed extra bandwidth for the last month... but had to chase Starhub to make sure I was not charged for the extra. I've held off posting a negative review for the last month to give Starhub time to sort it out but nothing has happened. Needless to say, I deleted the app as soon as I discovered the data consumption. BBC and Starhub - get your acts together! Sad...

I wanted to watch my favourite shows but they said no results. I thought it can show every show. HORRIBLE!

For those with issues on your user Id and password, jusy ensure there is no "space" after your user I'd.

When downloaded the app I wanted to watch CBBC but the only children's channel I saw was Cbeebies.

BBC when I need this app its really to sign-in acceses else be accasionally.
