Why asus have to auto download this app when i update my system update??? I even cant uninstall this.. This is no use, just make my internal full and dont like this app 99% ,asus dont be like this please.

I did not install this complete waste of time and space. Now I'm always checking to see if ASUS has put some other useless junk on my phone without my permission.

How do you remove this stupid garbage app? This stupid useless app keeps updating even when I uninstall updates I can't even find the app in my phone how do I disable this stupid app? ASUS why you choose this garbage app?

What to do with this thing? It can't even work properly and I can't even uninstall it! This is very useless and dissapointing.

Hate that I have to install this crap app, just to disable it. I didn't want it, but rather was forced into downloading it. Not only that, my previous reviews of this app have always disappeared magically. Wish I could submit a negative star review.

This came out of nowhere when I did an update on my phone. I don't use Omlet (also a pre-installed app), so this is a waste of space. We should not be forced to keep apps we don't need!

Make this removable or at least give us the option to disable this app! This Asus bloat is ridiculous. I will never consider another Asus phone again.

The mobile manufactures should give us an option to output out if this bloatware. It's an infringement on our privacy as well , makes me hate ASUS phones as well.

It DOES look interesting, though i don't really use instant messaging on my phone much so i don't particularly have use for this. I don't think it really deserves the bad ratings tho?

Comes preinstalled and cannot be removed? Bloody genius ASUS. And to the developers, NO ONE wants your stupid app. Stop bribing companies into preinstallign your bloatware on their products. AND STOP! STOP leaving THOUSANDS of fake rating and reviews. Fake reviews that has one word or a short phrase like "good, best, i love u llham, Yoi Great, Really like the rabbit~ so cute, good Baik." Makes me sick to my stomach. Cannot make a decent app, then bribe companies to force feed it to the consumer.

if u guys dont stop forcing preinstalled apps in your devices & keep updating them forcefully, will have to consider changing brand soon. love the zenfone 2 laser, not the preinstalled craps. remove them as soon as possible

Actually, this is good app though. But you did wrong devs, since few user don't use omlet chat and want disabling this app. Hope you have idea for resolving this madness devs :)

no matter what i do, even of i uninstall this app it always finds a way to be installed on my device. soooo frustrating

In this day and age. It's very simple for a consumer to just change products. Eventually, other companies will lower there prices with even specs, and the only differentiation between your phone, and there's, will be you have a LOT of bloatware. Sure most can be deleted, uninstalled or disabled. But what about apps like this one? It's useless and will forever sit in my "update list" on the google play store. Friends and I have gone out of our way to purchase the zenfone 2 (in Australia).

ASUS..please... you are destroying your reputations just because of this stupid little thing that nobody uses. Be responsible enough and remove it. I've uninstalled it but somehow it still appear back in Update list. This is bad experience. I'm thinking of switching my whole family's Asus phones to other brand.
