One thing I have a problem with is that I am set up to receive email alerts, but I am not receiving them. Better yet... allow an option to receive text alerts. Also, I'd like to be able to add notes in real time while recording my injections - as it stands, in order to add notes, I have to wait until the next calendar day to record them.

Used this app for 2 yrs and loved it...Then in March 2017 it quit working, I keep checking to see if they have updated the app. Which they haven't. Very disappointed.

I wish it had a push notification or text messaging reminder option for doses instead of just email because I forget to check my email daily

This app keeps me up to date with all my injections. I haven't missed one yet thankfully. It could use push notifications instead of the email, but other than that, it's been very helpful.

So much better than when I first started using Beta.

Worked okay on my old phone (HTC evo 4g) but would occasionally say I missed an injection when I didn't. I got a new phone last week (HTC evo 4g ltc) and now it won't even open. I took it in to the sprint store and they said the app probably didn't run on ice cream sandwich yet. That's really not cool cuz now I've had to guess where my last two injection sites were supposed to be, seeing as I'm still new to BS and don't know the rotation schedule very well yet. I would very much appreciate an update soon!

Ok. I love the tracking aspect of the app. It has so much potential to be a great assistant app and yet it falls so short. PROBLEMS: 1 - It's not an app. It's basically a shortcut to the web-page. Not cool 2 - email notifications don't work - I've yet to get a notification. 3 - Needs push notifications for reminders. 4 - Needs a 'caretaker' setting (which is what I am) so the caretaker can see and track the patient's account for dosage treatment and what not without having to log into the patient's physical account. I had a few more cons, but I can't remember them right now. Will try to remember them and update this review. Again, the app has great promise but needs a LOT of work.

It seems to be just a link to a Web PG and not an actual app. I usually have to submit something several times b4 it actually takes it and saves. Very easy to over look.

I have an HTC One x and the app was working and then just stopped. Now I cannot even use the app. When I click on the app it takes me to the Betaseron website. Sucks because u relied on the app to track my injections.

I like the app a lot but it needs work. I never get the notification. A text for your dose would be better. Guys fix this issue I love the app but it doesn't work right

Weak and cumbersome app. Been using BS twelve years and prefer the Berlex spiral bound journal. First the new small journal, now an inflexible app!

This is not a real app. It just goes to the internet and the alerts do not work. You need to make this like the iPhone version where it is all on the device and works correctly. This version is junk.

Good app needs few changes won't let you record a shot if you missed one till you record the miss shot bee great if it kept up with them, And be great if it would remind you on the time for shot beep or flash I keep forgetting

Deletes recorded injections. Do not use this app alone. It's not reliable. Disappointed!

Calender sometimes isn't reliable..marks missed doses when you've taken them or records doses when you haven't injected. I recommend using pen & paper

Sometimes the app gives errors when you try to update the calendar.
