Factor Track ITALIA è una applicazione (app) pensata per aiutare i pazienti emofilici nella gestione della propria terapia attraverso la compilazione dei dati infusionali.
Factor Track ITALIA è un diario infusionale elettronico scaricabile gratuitamente da Google Play.
Factor Track ITALIA è stato sviluppato dalla società DiGi per conto di Bayer S.p.A.

Factor Track ITALIA consente l’inserimento dei dati infusionali del paziente emofilico che saranno poi conservati nella memoria dell’apparecchio in uso.
Non richiede alcuna connessione ad Internet quindi i dati sono accessibili al paziente in qualsiasi momento.

Il report infusionale che di giorno in giorno si crea potrà essere successivamente scaricato dal paziente, salvato, inviato e condiviso con il medico di riferimento del Centro Emofilia o inviato a Emoweb, Registro Italiano delle Coagulopatie Congenite, ove attivo.
Bayer S.p.A. non avrà alcun accesso ai dati inseriti dal paziente.

Factor Track ITALIA consente al paziente di:

Personalizzare le impostazioni a seconda del regime terapeutico seguito
Impostare un segnale acustico per ricordare il giorno dell’infusione programmata
Inserire i dati delle infusioni effettuate
Salvare le infusioni precedentemente effettuate
Inserire la motivazione dell’infusione nella terapia a domanda
Indicare la sede dell’emorragia
Inserire manualmente o con scansione il lotto di prodotto infuso
Salvare ed inviare i dati al proprio medico di riferimento. Factor ITALY Track is an application (app) designed to help patients with hemophilia in the management of their own therapy through the completion of the infusion data.

Factor Track ITALY DiGi has been developed by the company on behalf of Bayer SpA

Factor Track ITALY allows the insertion of the infusion of haemophilia patient data that will be stored in the memory in use.
Requires no connection to the Internet and then the data is accessible to the patient at any time.

The report that infusion from day to day you create can then be downloaded by the patient, saved, sent and shared with the referring physician of the Haemophilia Centre or sent to Emoweb, the Italian Registry of Congenital coagulopathy, where active.
Bayer S.p.A. will not have any access to the data entered by the patient.

Factor Track ITALY allows the patient to:

         Customize the settings according to the following regimen
         Set a sound to remember the day of the programmed
         Enter the details of the infusions made
         Save infusions previously made
         Enter the motivation of infusion therapy in question
         Indicate the seat of the haemorrhage
         Manually enter or scan the batch of product infused
         Save and send that data to the referring physician.
