It's been reported by myself and others. No one out it appears is listening. As issue not resolved. Will have to look for an alternative app it now seems. Shame

Had all my data on there a while ago, microchip numbers etc one day that randomly disappeared and the reminders never actually remind me on the right days, have been trying to load this for a couple of days now but just crashes on start up. Only used this because my vets advertised it, it's good in principle but fails on execution.

Great and really helpful app. I think it might have had an update and now it crashes before even launching. Lg g3. Otherwise great work!!

Crashes on start up. Disappointed as I use this to keep track if my doggys flea and worming treatments

A bit clunky but it used to work. Now constantly crashes on startup

Doesn't load anymore. Just says it's stopped working. Been reported but had no response.

Lived it but now it won't load just crashes all the time

I'm not liking the whole new update design that took place last year. Both my pets important information disappeared, reminders and all! Nothing new saves and it freezes. It used to be a brilliant app.

Not enough repeat options - eg. Repeat every 3 months, 6 months etc - or the ability to set a custom repeat option. A calendar view would be useful too.

Highly used it if your not good with keeping on top of ur medication

Worked well first use. Won't let me sign in now. Even with new temporary passwords I copied from emails. Sad news

A bit slow, but useful & simple

Stopped working. Have used for almost a year with no problems and found very useful but now app doesn't even open.

I have signed up but the app freezes trying to load the home screen.

...which is useful for worming reminders. Otherwise ok.

Open the app and it states it's loading however it them just force closes? Please fix

This seemed a great idea, but unfortunately the app. couldn't find my pet's vet in my home town, only listing 2 although there are many more. As I couldn't find how to add the details manually I'm afraid I've had to uninstall it.

The screenshots are misleading - on my tablet the entire screen is full of adverts. Also the option to delete your account doesn't appear as the help page says it should.

Something to track worming treatment and vets appointments, what is not to like??

I have been having a look at it and it didn't give clear instructions how yo use it and I didn't get what it was for

I can't actually give a proper review of this app as I've only just created an account and now it won't load. It just crashes. 1 star for not being able to LOAD an app

Quite useless to me given it crashes all the time.

Completely broken app, I can't even log in. Used to use this app on iPhone and was happy with it, seems that the android version is useless. Will stick with Wunderlist reminders for now.

Before you let some idiot loose on a rebrand and an update, remember that this is supposed to be a useful app. It can't be trusted. It crashes when it loads and you're more likely to get a useful reminder about treatments if you find the most senile person in your nearest old people's home and get them to do it for you.

The reminder are not working on my Sony Xperia z2, the same app is installed on my ipad and I get the notification. It would be nice if notification would be sent on the email as well as I read my mail regularly

You could not rely on this app to remind you of this like worming or even Fla treatment because it just won't. I would NOT recommend this app

Crashes frequently and not helpful that you cannot add details like name of other products so if more than one product you have to try to remember which one reminder applies to

I have always set reminders when using this app and not once has it actually reminded me ....not happy

Rubbish waste of time

Unable to register a new account! Comes up with Email not valid!

Would give app 0 stars if could. Accounts don't delete properly. Notifications never received even though were set up correctly. Tried to advise but no reply received. Have deleted and would advise anyone thinking about downloading don't bother. Use a calendar instead to keep track of when treatments are needed.

I've set my settings to be notified of reminders, but it just doesn't work. In my eyes, this is a very important feature!
