Purchased 2 digital copies via app, as print copies unavailable. Had a problem with my tablet, requiring a reset. Stupidly thought I could just reload app and retrieve my purchased copies. Wrong. When you do this, it opens a link to the Bauer magazines website, asking for your email address. It can't recognise the address given on sign- up. The Bauer/Great Magazines "Helpline" disclaim all responsibility, saying contact the app developers. Which won't help as the problem is likely to be the website authentication process. Edited to add that I've now solved this problem for myself - no thanks to the Bauer Media/Great Magazines "Helpline". If you ignore the sign-in request and go to the top of the following page, there are three or four barely visible red lines. Clicking on this reveals a drop-down menu, which allows you to re-download copies of the magazine you've purchased through Google Play. Wasn't rocket science and maybe the so-called "Helpline" staff could be trained to tell customers this.
