Pushkaram is a festival of rivers pertains to 12 important rivers in India which occurs once in 12 years for each river.
The Rivers are
1) Ganga River
2) Narmada River
3) Saraswathi River
4) Yamuna River
5) Godavari River
6) Krishna River
7) Kaveri River
8) Bheema River
9) Pushkaravahini
10) Thungabhadra River
11) Sindhu River
12) Pranahitha River
Krishna Pushkaralu is a festival of River Krishna which occurs once in 12 years.The pushkaram festival last held in the year 2004. Krishna Pushkaram is a major festival in Andhra Pradesh. People of all walks of life, irrespective of caste, color, creed and religion participate in these functions which last for 12 days
Dates of Krishna Pushkaralu are 12th Aug 2016 - 23rd Aug 2016.
During Krishna Pushkaram pilgrims from all over the country will have a holy dip with the belief that they would be relieved from all sins,and perform rituals to departed souls.It is believed that during pushkaram all deities and rishies take holy dip,a holy dip in Krishna which will enhance one's spiritual,mental and physical abilities.
The river for each year festival is based on the presence of Jupiter on which Zodiac sign by that time.
The pushkaram lasts for a period as long as the Jupiter remains in that particular Zodiac sign

It is very much helpful app,whatever we have is wonderful .Easy to understand and user friendly application.With the application we have info like parking places with capacity.Suggestion from me is that make the parking lot update like actuall capacity with current capacity .This helps users to stand in parking place.

Who is the target audience for this app, an english educated individual or a regular person from Andhra who hardly can speak anything other than telugu. Ita amazing to see govt of A.P hiring absolute noobs for developing applications with literally no attention paid to anything other than dumping some useless app for media coverage. Like How you showed Ghats In Map, same way show parking places, restaurants, tourist places with Map. Then it will be more useful.... Once pushkaralu started visit these places and add more details like information centers , other details...
