About Battery Benchmark

Please DO NOT download this app and DON'T give a bad rating if you don't know what it does: it is intended for professional testers, send me an e-mail BEFORE trying to use it for what it is not made. Thank you.

Does NOT enhance battery life (or anything else), does NOTHING except a battery stress test.

BUT.... If you want a really want an objective autonomy tester, this app is what you need.

Battery benchmark app for Android. Just select the test type, leave your device alone (maybe several hours), and watch it working!

This application simulates a pseudo-realistic usage of your phone: GPS, WiFi, BlueTooth, CPU, screen, sends and receives data over the network, etc.

No data recorded, except the test results (e.g. no location recorded).

On each iteration you should hear a noise (one for screen on mode, an other when the screen is off), when the test is finished the results are send (anonymously!) to a web server where all the battery benchmarks are collected to allow comparisons (and you can see all the results on the "Result" screen).

Ran the test but it doesn't show anything on the results page. A waste of time.

Z70%

After running the benchmark on my Note 4, all I got at the end was a message that the stats had been added to the database. No ranking, no system results, nothing! I'll stick with AnTuTu.

K70%

I go through the whole test and at the end after a considerable wait ot tells me it can not load the data and has saved it for future transmission. Nothing wrong with my connection so why. I feel like I've been cheated.

Good in theory but every second it makes an extremely loud, obnoxious noise. Why?

K70%

Uninstalled, app is asking for unnecessary permissions. Exact location! What for?

I have a note 2 with a 9300mAh battery. Started the test at 100% around 2130 hrs and at 1530 today my battery was only at 65%.

Started it - it started an annoying noise - muted my phone - the noise continued. The App didn't. It could've been good but why o why include that shyte?

Worked, don't know why everyone is moaning about it? The whole idea is for it to drain your battery so you can see how long your battery could last under heavy usage. I must say, you could easily update the UI a bit but it did serve the purpose well. I am going on tour, and bought a portable charger, so I fired this up and let my phone drain with the portable charger plugged in too, it lasted almost 14 hours. That would last me a day when on tour. Thanks Developer.

50% of the time I use it, my wi-fi router(tp-link -WR841N) freezes and I have to reboot it.. Also, it does not disable/enable my cel's data/wifi network while testing.. so the test is kinda invalid..

Does exactly what it claims to do. Simulating usage of all the radios, and processor states and screen on. Great job on making an objective benchmark!

Great app to create an average battery life indicator. Would be better if there was a highlight or something about your phone results in particular.

The server does not work - nothing to compare the results with. So the app becomes useless.

It said battery excellent after running from 100 - zero lights out. Now both phones are down to 90 3 minutes after turning the phone on. I tried the Bionic and same thing. Battery wearing down instantaneously with no apps open (standby).
