Ciao Emiliano, grazie della risposta immediata! Con Enjoy infatti il problema non si pone perchè mandano messaggio email e sms di prenotazione. Ho avuto problemi soprattutto con Twist ma anche con Car2Go. Grazie mille. PS per l'efficienza del servizio clienti meritate 5 stelle (ho cambiato la valutazione). Però mettete a posto il problema prenotazioni! Lo so, sono i provider, ma avere almeno un cenno, un segno di vita per capire se la prenotazione é andata a buon fine...Per intenderci, se si prenota dall'app Twist, non é il massimo ma si capisce che é andata a buon fine. Se anche dalla vostra app ci fosse un feedback sarebbe meraviglioso. Grazie.

Not as many cars are part of the program as I would've liked but there were some cars near my city. The app did not seem to provide much information other than car locations. Map was slow to load then promoted me to install the official app to reserve a car. Guess app is useful for filtering the various companies...
