I downloaded this app last year and it was working just fine. Then, a few months later, I would go to either the weather or traffic category, and the app would crash. I decided last night on 10/17/16, I would check to see if they've been fixed, and sure enough, they are working smoothly once again.

I don't understand how something as basic as clicking on a button for weather could make the app crash every single time. What a pain.

Not local news anymore. I don't know why I have it on my phone, I have better sources for nation news

Used to have top local stories on start page. Now just offers inferior coverage of national stories. There are a million superior sources of this kind of info. Bring back the local centered app!!

Can they include "real" news in their posts?? Someone being ready for a comic-con, or Hillary Clinton shrugging off comments said about her from Donald Trump or vice versa, etc should *not* be their top news stories headlining their app.

What happened! It doesn't update for news and now it won't even load. Just a loading bar that won't stop. Need update!

There is no reason this app should request access to personal calendars. App uninstalled.

I get breaking news alerts after Ive already seen or heard about them. When you open a story, for instance, the bnk robbery on James Street today.. you open the story and can't see the pictures. This app was phenomenal before their last big upgrade. Prob gonna switch to LocalSYR, I guess.

The app is getting better overall, but could use faster load times. Also, after this latest update I get three push notifications for every article. I had to turn off notifications which isn't a big deal for me since I generally check the app twice a day anyways, but could be a deal breaker for others.

I get notifications of news stories that I want to read the article, but when I click on them, it doesn't bring me to the story headlined. Then I can't even find the story headlined at all in the app. Now the app won't even open at all. I have disliked since you reconfigured and changed the look. Ever since then, there have been nothing but problems with the app.

Since the last update, it just keeps trying to load, but no stories or anything pops up. Please fix.

...and now in this latest version, instead of no push notifications, I get 3. Better than none, I suppose...annoying.

No icon, more complications. Old version was better. Now it won't even load!

It's better than the previous update, where the app wouldn't even open, but none of the links ever work now, and i kinda miss reading everyone's svo's.

Used to love this app until latest update now it only tries loading but never does. Uninstalling now get my local news on 9wsyr app.

I used to use this all the time because I don't have time to catch the news, but my news feed will not update. There have been crimes, shootings, and other stories I have been missing because my news feed is stuck in some 2 day old story. How am I suppose to know if there are crimes going on in my neighborhood when all I get is some stupid story about Harry Potter coming to E-books. I would rather watch ABC morning news and be late for work and appointments than tolerate this.

I uninstalled and reinstalled.... and that seems to have fixed the unloading app!

Edit (10/30) - Two big issues.... one, you can't exit the app via the "back" button. You have to open your app list and stop it that way.... not good. Two,, "live news" doesn't work. Downgraded to two stars until/unless these are addressed.

The picture or video on some stories never load and I'm getting notified three times for each notification! Sent feedback in through app requesting a response and still have not heard back yet.

This app always has issues, never opens, force closes, doesn't refresh.

Pushes are coming through but app won't open. Unable to report the problem. Fixed the problem by reinstalling the app.

Can't watch the weather at anytime anymore like You could before the update that was the best part of the app. Fix please

Go back to the old version it worked well. This new version kicks me out repeatedly. I can't check weather. It won't load... I've deleted the app. No more being kicked out.

This app is awful. The news is not even local, its national news. It's too slow. Needs fixing.

Seriously? What were you thinking? This app is awful! You must see how many of us dislike and either have uninstalled or will uninstall this now. Be smart, bring back the older version that we relied on. Hate this app!
