Useless.. Previously, you could at least open support tunnel with it, but now this app does squat, at least as far as a WAF is concerned.

Very lame almost amateurish. I would expect more from a company who create web based hardware. There is no control of any of your products. View only!? Come on this is the 21st Century, get with the game!

Needs more functionality

The app won't retain MFA settings. The one-time setup is not one time. It always asks to set up the device again. When you go to the website it shows the device as being MFA enabled but the app still shows that it hasn't been set up. What's worse, is that you need to call Barracuda support to have them remove the MFA device listed on the website because the generate one-time-use authentication tokens feature does not work when trying to delete the device but works when trying to login to the site.

Works well but has low functionality (as per reviews going back several years).

I love barracuda products however, I keep having to re login despite saving password. All it shows ids my device status. I don't need an app to see a green normal light. I'd like the app to let me work with/manipulate my device. Update 4/30/16 waited over a year to try again. Unfortunately still lame. Come on Barracuda make this app better so your customers will brag about your products. Here's a hint look at Meraki's app.

Please update this app, it has so much potential! Why can't we see reports, sources, control the appliance, etc? This should be a fully featured solution with access to everything available from the browser!

App is pointless. Offers nothing to administer the devices. Red and green status only, no metrics.

Was hoping to get some administration functionality, instead got a notification / log viewer which does virtually nothing... How about an app which allows things to be configured like Cloud Control web interface. News flash, tablets can handle robust app features now...

This app looks great. Unfortunately, that's about all the pros. Once you sign in, you can see all your devices connected to Cloud Control but you can't manage them. Sure, I can see a backup server has an issue, but can I see what that is? No.

This really isn't much of an app. This has just the Web Control and dumbed it down to a simple is it working or not. If this app had options to configure settings in our barracuda systems I would rate it higher. But for now, it's really of no use to me.

Took a while to get here but I'm glad it's here. I no longer have to find my Ipad to check the status.
