How it works?
Just log on to the app to either create your carpool / bikepool or find a car pool or bike pool.
From the search results, send a request to offer or request a ride.
On confirmation, connect with carpooler / bikepooler by tapping on their image on "My Current Ride" screen to finalize a meeting point.
At the time of ride, the Pooler has to Start Ride from My Current Ride screen.
Once the Pooler starts his carpool / bikepool, the Rider has to Join Ride on his/her My Current Ride screen.
At the end of ride, the Pooler has to End Ride from My Current Ride screen and this triggers the settlement of the cost of the car pool / bike pool.
Once the ride ends, both Pooler & Rider get to rate each other. This rating will reflect on their account & a good rating will increase the chances of finding a Pooler or Rider for your carpooling or bikepooling requests.

Search riders is very bad. Search results should be sorted according to ride time/relevance its completely scattered and worst part is we cannot see the riders details such as boarding point and drop point.

Not that helpful as quickride. Quickride shows riders paths on maps which is very strong point. Also quickride shows only matching path riders. This app is not that user friendly. Very hard to find matching riders.

i was trying to find a ride with my source and destination. but the result that i got was totally different. Should work on your logic. One more feedback.. was trying to add myself as a car pooler but before even i knowing that how the app would work... you guys are asking for uploading DL, RC and other stuff which turned me to stop using spp. Adding more, I agree with your comments regarding taking user's Vehicle related information. But Just a suggestion, i think you guys should take this information, once user is going offer ride to people.

Completely frustrated . So many issues, no proper message after otm is entered. 1. Opt incorrect even when it's correct , possible reason no money in walled, 2. dlDownloaded wallet app, verified phone number, added balance using card on public places I am standing on bus stop. Don't give updates bit... if new app version is not stable.

App works fine. I had an issue which was resolved by direct phone call to epoolers contact. Just an FYI, before we integrate mobikwik wallet, see that the number and email combination we use for Mobikwik are the same we use to sign up for this app. Good response from Support Team. Got a response from one of the poolers on my way but yet to try the service. I have positive vibes for the epoolers.
