Airport Distance is a great APP for pilots to get a good overview when planning trips. It is developed by pilots for pilots. It helps with an answer to the usual questions like: When do we need to leave Paris to arrive in Moscow at 1600 local time? ...or We will leave Paris at 1200 local time, but when will we arrive in Moscow?
Based on user inputs of the departure and destination airports, and a required arrival time, or a required departure time - the app calculates the flight distance and time and the required departure time from the departure airport, or the planned arrival time at the destination airport. All times are given in both GMT and Local Time. The distance between the departure and destination airports can be compensated for departure and arrival routings (SID and STAR compensation) and ATC routing (great circle distance compensation in percent). The flight time can be compensated for aircraft average cruise speed (user entry), winds (head or tailwind compensation) and airport taxi times (user entry).
The calculation will also give information on airport positions, GMT offset, sunrise and sunset as well as the latest METAR, TAF and NOTAMS that are fetched behind the scenes when the airports are entered. A special feature is the ETP calculation, that will calculate the ETP point referenced to the departure airport. The ETP point is useful when searching for a fuelstop or just wants to know the midpoint on the route when taking account of the wind. The whole routing and ETP point, as well as en-route alternate airports, are shown on a map for a good overview.
Application is free and ad-free, but you can support it by in-app donations.

For more detail expense, please add field for Landing Fee based per ton MTOW, and Airnav Fee based per KM distance. And, how about field for Pilot - Co Pilot and Stewardess wage per hour?

i hoped that i'd find something that would do all the work on the local pc .. privacy or whatever ... not sure that this does, but at least it works, it's simple, and it's free. would be nice if it could also show a globe view :-) 3d model i mean. </dream> ... another idea would be to choose a different map projection ... madness for this application to show antartica and russia being 3x as large as the rest of the world combined ;-)
