Bar & Club Stats - ID Scanner

It says 10 free scans a day. I scanned my own ID and litteraly within 2 seconds it scanned my ID 7 times. Retarded. Uninstalled.

THIS APP IS A SCAM! DO NOT USE! I manage one of the largest security guard companies in Pennsylvania with our primary focus being security for nightclubs. I used this app for two nights at one of the largest nightclubs in Philadelphia. Our staff obtained over 40 fake IDs in those two nights. This app only confirmed that 4 were fake and let the other approximately 40 IDs go through as real ones. Fortunately, we use other methods including a Viage ID scanner and UV light as well as our state's LCB certified training. Because of the app's atrocious performance, I called to ask for a refund of my $191. I was told they don't give refunds but I should mail those IDs to them so they can make their app better. They wanted me to improve their app and help them out but couldn't give me any sort of refund! What a joke! Also, according to the PA LCB, it is illegal for me to turn those fake IDs over to anybody other than the LCB. They asked me to break the law! Not only is the app completely worthless, but the customer service was absolutely the worst I have experienced in my 14 years in the security industry. The supervisor that I spoke with on the phone said that catching only 4 fake IDs out of the 40+ fakes that we encountered was an acceptable ratio. I feel like my customer, my insurance company, and the liquor control board would disagree. Don't buy this app. Instead, buy a $20 UV flashlight and a Viage ID scanner and you won't be scammed out of $191 like I was.

Your prices are a joke! $200 per year! Hahaha this app sucks

Tested with 100 confirmed fake ids from various states and had 90 false positives.

Came back 20 minutes after clicking open and it was still buffering. Ridiculous.

If you scan your ID on your birthday, it will still display for previous age until the day after your birthday.

I paid for the app 3 years ago and am being asked to pay again.

Seems ok but it stopped working after 5 scans. It will ask you for a minimum of $20 or up to $191.00 by the year to use it.

Needs automatic photo, also, I don't see an option to import history. How are we supposed to share ban list history between security staff from different shifts?

Just caught a couple of legitimate fakes, said they were real... This is bogus.

This app works great, it really does, lots if features and a decent interface, but sadly the problem is today's fakes are that good. I scanned two fake drivers licenses and the app approved them. I know the IDs are fakes I know the individuals who purchased them. I'm in the bar business and I know all to well how good the fakes are today so it's not the apps fault as fakes today will scan and UV clear. I think this app is a great addition to a multi-level system of verification but by itself.

It's not fast enough when your wall to wall people. Takes way to long to scan id's and you only get a few free scans I've blown through all my scans in under an hour during beer festivals etc. And you can't tell by looks anymore some of these kids are so young but look like they are 25 30 yrs old.

Tested on 5 different fakes we have confiscated. It said all of them were real.

It scans, but I have a fake and it stated it was real. I work in security. Won't protect you or your business.

Like that tells if ids are already scanned since work at a college bar kids do try also like how it keeps count of how many scanned nice that the guy who only works Friday can ban the id itself so the Monday guy can scan it and know that it is and why that person is banned but it will pass fake IDs which is truly a bummer even though kids are getting much better at makeing them could have saved the money and other then the banning option could do without the scanner
