Not able to use the app because it assumes that my phone was rooted (Android). This has been the case since I got the app last year, I raised the issue and was hoping the next update would come with a fix. My phone has never been rooted however its running stock Android (currently Marshmallow 6.0.1) and I concluded that that is probably the issue. I believe the filters your app designers set to exclude rooted devices were too broad that even those of us that prefer a clean ROM at purchase are affected.

So far its agood one. I am able to transfer funds, o my accounts safe snd easy.

Very useful app however i am unable to an EFT payee. It keeps saying "fatal error occurred". Please help.

Its a good simple to use app. Barclays should consider integrating interbank transfer and mobile money transactions.

So grateful for the availability of this Application because it has made login to my accounts mich easier and faster.

I now find it much easier to know my balances and do simple transfers .

When u have it u dont need to visit the bank,it has everything u need and very easy to use

Enable app to transfer money to Mobile money. Also allow transfer to other banks

So many Ugandan companies have apps which are so frustrating to use .Most don't work at all or have only 50% of features functioning. This Barclays app is the best in the business. It does everything I want functions superbly and makes paying bills very easy. I amazed that it actually works . The only issue I have is that it sends too many text messages for simple transactions . Also does not have chat feature. Finally , Barclays card fees are ridiculous. Please abolish fees they are so 20th century.
