Constantly receive message time out error after entering 5 digit password twice on my Samsung cell on my Samsung tablet message reads not compatible with this device! There were no problems previously, so frustrating recovering from operation and trying to do Internet banking from a bed no win situation, called help line yesterday was advised technicians attending to it this has been going on for 2 weeks! A very dissatisfied Absa client!

Does not calculate my credit rating. Get and error over and over saying techbical error try again later. Tried it on 2 different devices. Same issue.

Processes the initial information and then blocks me saying that I answered the authentication questions incorrectly when there were no questions. Needs a fix but it would be very useful if it worked.

The App just kept processing and next thing I was told I answered questions incorrectly so my application wad blocked I should contact ABSA. If I wanted to call I wouldn't have downloaded the App.

Difficult to use. Some fields tkae long to respond to inputs. Plus home loan estimator does not estimate... i wanted to see what i would qualify for instead of inserting potential purchase price...

You have probably one of the worst UX I've ever experienced as a UX designer and customer. It's like you try to make all Absa products horrible. I honestly wish I could change it

Would be great if it works. Keep getting to the credit part and it says the server is down. And it doesn't save so each time I have to fill in all the details

If u are looking for a property u are not a homeowners yet!! What app do I download to have access to my bond, I do not have other accounts with ABSA

I used the app to see for how much of a bond I qualify, but it asks me for a purchase price and then just gives feedback that I don't qualify. Doesn't tell how much I would qualify for.

When I search for a place, and I want to press back to go back to my search - it completely closes the app. Otherwise great concept. I look forward to using it.

It gives me oportunity to view all houses that are on sale,while i'm relaxing.

I can't view the actual property it keeps giving me an error

It does not allow you to calculate extra payment and its effects on the loan.

The app doesn't want to work when using the home loan estimator it can't verify my details or my wifes. No help function or technical support for the app either. Thought it would save time but just wasted my time.

Tried to use the "Estimator" it was hanging and wouldn't go to the next screen. I hadn't even started answering authentication questions and it has now blocked me. I was so excited to use this feature, now it's just admin to get it unblocked.

Put in name and id, and just give me message that i answered authentication message incorrectly, and blocked. I did not get any authentication questions

Does not work...retrieves too long and i never answered any questions yet it says i answered 2 questions incorrectly and application is blocked.

The latest absa banking app is very very highly useless,i cant go through it to rate,so i came in homeowner to rate it,is useless because i cant update from my older banking app version to latest coz it tells me...not compatible with my device,n i got samsung tab4 mini one of the latest android phones,now my previous app is gone cant download it again that is crap

I tried to use the estimator but on the last step it tells me that expenses cannot be higher than the income even though it was not...

After putting in my id number and all it says wasnt able to verify me over and over again...its terrible

After I type my ID on the estimater the app says unable to recognize me

Its really nice feature which helps to estimate possible loan amout for consumer .

Home loan calculator does not provide feedback if I qualify or not. It's always having errors

Business person a are not fairly accommodated on this app

It's sad that ABSA has to link its business operations with Google and to sync information not even needed just to provide a HomeLoan Estimation. I would advise clients that are serious about privacy to think twice to login on the Home loan Estimator because with Google's sync policy shortly your information will be all over the net. Google has no respect for how information is kept and preserved. Please be careful....if you intend to use this App because information must be preserved and protected. Why does ABSA need access with such an App to your Contacts, Photos and other information on your phone? Legally this is a violation and the reason the APP is sold to ABSA because Google gathers information with different intentions of which ABSA know the reasons. Google will never try this in the USA and Europe....they will be sued big time but South Africans are just gullible and technological ignorant to see the greater picture behind such operations. Why does ABSA not develop an independent APP on its Home loan page and rather increase the level of security with regards to possible clientele than to put its clients at risk and their information? The app says there is an upgrade and when I click it doesn't update because my app is up to date on my phone .App is not working .please respond

Doesn't work. Says my new Sony Xperia is Jailbreak. So faulty programming. I would get my money back from whomever designed this software.

It doesn't want to open it keep on saying this app is not available for jail broken or rooted devices!!!!!!!!!
