What can I say, it's an app that works. It's nice to be able to pay your bill, see points balance, and the quick view is a nice feature too. UPDATE; as of 2/1/2017 this app has completely changed and went to garbage! It keeps stating that my correct password is imcorrect, then locks me out. Will not recognize my real actual correct password. Then, when forced to call customer service, THOSE a $%#@&s treated ME as if it was MY fault, or that I must have done something wrong. I attempted to explain to then several times what the issue was, and not only did they not listen, but then hung up on me as soon as my password issue was resolved. Rude, condescending ignorant A $$#%&@s uninstalled app as months later the issue STILL is not fixed.

Why would I want to download a separate app to make payments through my phone? I have a Samsung phone and have used Samsung Pay for everything, and I refuse to have to get another app. I tried to add to Android Pay, and no go. This is crazy. Should be allowed to use the apps that are already on the device and not have to worry about downloading something else.

I liked everything about the app except that the is no option for a fingerprint sign in. Please include that feature in the app. It would be great.

Needs fingerprint support, option to view previous statements and support for Android Pay. Those features are available on Apple for quite some time so stop with the excuses.

I'll reiterate what others say: the login process kills the usefulness of this app. I want security in an app - but: -Requiring you to login again EVERY TIME you close the app? NO -Requiring you to answer security questions (AND often also to get a one time passcode emailed or via phone) EVERY TIME you login? NO. If you can somehow ignore these login issues, then the app itself functions well and the menu designs are well structured and very usable. But, I'm not going to use them if I have to go through a multi-step process every time I want to quickly check something on my account. Phone apps are about mobility and ease - security is a very important thing, but a balance needs to be struck with this app.

This is not a good app. Awful transaction tracking system and statement history. Terrible payment system which doesn't allow to pay at any time, only during specific days after statement date. I rather prefer no to use my JetBlue card than to have use this app to manage my transactions.

Please add fingerprint on Barclay android just like the Barclay Apple has it. Then I'll improve my rating. I very much dislike having to manually enter my password each time I'm logging in... So old school....

The app used to be helpful. Since the update it is frustrating at best. Every time I log on, it asks me to verify my account by answering my security questions. Every other time I log on, it makes me receive a verification code via text and enter the code to access my account. Ridiculous.

App is clunky and ugly. Pain in the @$$ having to answer security questions every time I log in. Should have ability to log in with fingerprint. Will update my review when these are fixed. Until then, I will not enjoy using this app.

I can't believe this app does not support fingerprint sign in. Barclay is so tough on security they don't even want you to use their app. I have a really strong password that I can't remember so ive been forced to use Barclays online because it's more convenient and I don't have to input my password everytime because my browser remembers my log in. It's pointless to have this app if it's not convenient.

Umm we're halfway through 2017. Why in the world is there no fingerprint login with this app??? This is especially frustrating since the iOS version has it.

Lack of communication or information on questions or requests for functioning with Google pay or Samsung pay for years... The last bank on earth in the Stone age? Just get us fingerprint unlock already!!

What a ridiculous, archaic method for logging on to my account. Other banking apps have such simpler processes. You're asked to send for a code to log on within 10 minutes, and it takes at least 20 minutes to get the code emailed to me. If it's security they're looking for I guess they've got it because I can't log in to my own account. Asinine banking app.

Worst possible app from any Bank I have ever seen. There are no options available to add a new bank account for payment. No option to use all the facilities which are available on their website. For example we have the option to use an offer related to cash advance on website there is no such thing here in the app.

Please enable the finger print sensor. Also, the new two step authentication process is a bit too much when you have to do it EVERY SINGLE TIME you log in. It deters me from logging in bc I have to perform the 2 step authentication every single time. Only do it if you're logging in from a new source.

After receiving my card i tried 2 order a $500 4k hdtv & barclay credit card got declined, rejected & blocked. NOW customer service called me & requested that i need 2 prove my identity therefore i must send bunch of documents 2 them, such as copies of SSN, BANK STATEMENTS, DRIVER LICENSE, TAX RECORDS ETC ETC ETC ETC ETC.... SO Instead of dealing with all this troublesome process i told them 2 just cancel my account but they wont do so until i send all those documents. THERE4 MY ACCOUNT IS STILL OPEN BUT BLOCK

This is app is garbage. Every time I open it to log in, I get stuck in a loop of errors and I have to quickly close all of my apps and reopen it. If I didn't have another way to pay my bill I wouldn't use it. This is ridiculous.

The app is pretty slow and lacks fingerprint authentication despite it being available on the iOS version. Also this isn't directly related to the app but Barclay needs to get with the program and add support for Android and Samsung Pay.

This app is garbage. Gets caught in an almost impossible loading loop every time it is opened, and it is very difficult to force stop. Constantly asks security questions, even though the password process is required every time you get the app to function properly. I just log in through my phones browser...it's far easier, and actually works.

I have two different credit cards issued by Barclays, and when I log in via the website I can access both. But via the app I can only access one of the two, and it's the one that has been CLOSED for over two years. Worthless!! Fix your stupid app!

Every time you log in you have to answer your security questions this process is so annoying. I thought you only used this step when you are signing on to a new device. Please change can't deal with this step.

You have not only have a user name and password, but have to answer security questions EVERY TIME YOU WANT TO LOG IN. Sorry, but this is just annoying and inconvenient. Not only am I removing the app I am closing my account, very stupid people at this bank and nobody speaks English.

The past few weeks, anytime I try to open the app, it goes through a long cycle of opening and reopening the login screen. It happens over and over for at least 5 minutes. Very annoying.

No mobile payment support which is crazy. They are one of the absolute last to not support. They have been saying they will be "adding it soon" since March 2016. Find myself using my AMEX much more.
