It's fine, just accept that they sometimes don't have exactly what you want and will call you to offer an alternative. Sometimes the price goes up a few riyal because of the change (5-10 riyal). Generally, delivery within the hour. Decent for what it is, for the essentials like water and milk etc.

The software works just fine. Functunally, the app is simple, easy, and clear. The MAJOR problem is that the local grocery store (the baqaala) is highly unreliable! The app takes your order then sends out your order to other baqaalas - when one baqaala accepts your order - your delivery comes. Just like ordering a taxi (locally, a karwa) or Uber. But the chances of one of these baqaalas acception your order is quite low in reality. When no baqaala accepts your order, the app will cancel your order (reasonably enough) -- hours later (not so reasonable). In short, the efficiancy of delivery is not good. It is far better just to find your nearest baqaala, get their number, and order directly from them. This app is a great idea. The app even functions well. The service providers (the baqaalas) which a part of this service are very unreliable.

When we placed the order the bill amt was 57qr but at the time of delivery the bill was 73qr upon enquiry the contact person said that eggs cost 28qr while the app said 16qr and the eggs that were delivered were the 16qr worth ones we get in the market.. Don't know if I'll order here again but if need be I will.

First time I ordered, I never received the order. Second time I ordered, I waited 2 and a half hours when it says "will deliver in less than 30 mins".

When I click the location during signing up the app crashes.

After I received a massage indicating my order has been accepted, i didn't receive the order at all and phone number provided didn't pickup

It's mention that Al Sadd area is cover, but unfortunately once i downloaded the application and signed in i got a message that there's no available stores in this area, taking in consideration that my location is backside the Regency Travel office. So please be more accurate when naming the covered cities.

I downloaded the app at 5:15 in the morning. After instalation it tells me my delivery will be the next day between 2-8 pm. I live in Mansoura. The very fact that they will deliver after 1 and half day to a place in the heart of the city tells me they are not here to cater to the common man. Not interested in an app like this. Uninstalling the app.

Honestly i love this idea that i can order from home but unfortunately it doesnt work for my location

No stores in Ain Khaled area. I would use this service regularly if it was available where I live.

This is one of a kind service that would really help the people in Qatar considering the busy schedule everyone go through. I am sure there would be few glitches here and there as a start up service but am sure this would be sorted out in the coming days. Awesome :)

Doesn't work, won't find any shops in Mansoura. Waste of time.

Not all products are available but then I found out there is a way to type in whatever is not on the store listing. Loving so far

The app keeps crashing frequently. Also doesnt covers all of qatar. No ways to manage your accounts or shopping list..need sloads of inprovement
