I can't even login to the new app and I know all of my details. Extremely frustrated as I am trying to pay bills. I keep receiving an error message. I have tried uninstalling and then re-installing and still no success. There was nothing wrong with the old app!

1st impressions: Why is it so large at 10.32MB? Where is the login button?!?! Fingerprints and NFC through Android Pay would be good. Peek balance, atm locations and ability to shuffle tiles are obvious improvement areas. This is a slight improvement but the original was a decade behind the times!

Why does the app require permission for location but more importantly ... why does a banking app require permission to make and manage phone calls?!?!??! If you deny permissions app won't let you use it. Deleted it immediately! Waste of time!

Rubbish app both in appearance and functionality. Why create a unique pin then require users to enter their netbank password to do anything? Have a look at the Commonwealth Bank app for an example of a well designed and functional app.

Edit. New update made it the worst banking app I am using. Way too busy interface. Absolutely crappie user experience. I like the interface, but that's it. More work needed to be a practical app. For example, navigating is faulty. You click on notifications and goes to normal account details with no reference to notifications?????? Also what is with the constant entering your pin each time you move around the different functions. With normal banking you are moving around at least a couple of functions each time. This is so annoying. There needs to be a single time login and automatic logout when you leave the app. That simple.

Guys... This is a huge leap forward for BankVic! The new app looks and feels fresh. I'm really pleased with how smooth transitioning from old to new was for me, and although the interface is totally new it also was very easy to understand and get the hang of. It's so much easier to find information about my accounts. Apart from NFC and fingerprint features (which I actually don't want anyway) I reckon this is a pretty good competitor with other banking apps. Well done!

Great new functionally. However the Cards function cuts off the card number on the display. This is a problem if you have more than one card. Needs to be fixed.

I'm another user who's app keeps freezing on the 'about to log out' message. I've got a Huawei and have tried completely closing the app and re-downloading the app and it keeps happening.

Pretty happy with the revitalised app... only problem I have is that when I logout, I get a screen saying "You are about to logout" and then nothing happens, it freezes - any thoughts?

Much better modern app.. more user friendly than the last and easy navigating. Old app was awkward and hard to use.

The new version is awesome. Faster to log in and far less fiddly than the old one. Just work in integrating android pay.

App keeps crashing and not being able to work properly so I have had to delete it and re download it so many times in which eventually I can't then log in cause I've "registered" my member number too many times So now I can't use it to do my daily banking

The new app is a huge improvement over the last version, but there are still bugs. The error message dialogs don't render properly and cause the app to cease function.

I'm happy that they have an app now but one thing I would love is the ability to paywave with my phone using NFC. Can we please get this in the next update!

Super convenient, after losing my card instead of having to ring up BankVic and jumping through hoops all I had to do was to lock my lost card and order a new one in a matter of seconds

Love the new update! Love the card lock feature! App needs call permission to call branch or member response. I agree with others, fingerprint login and NFC pay would be 5 star, hanging for NFC pay!

Love the new interface... when it works. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app 4 times now and it keeps freezing.

Superb update, but what about fingerprint log in and when do we get NFC? 5 stars for those 2 upgrades.

I like it but it keeps asking to accept t&c and set a pin or pattern. Have done this about 4 times now. No point in setting a login pin if I have to setting it. HTC One M8

What a heap of crap. It freezes the phone and you can't log out!!!! I'm not leaving a bank app open on my phone. Have installed.

I really like the app. However I am unable to get the Quick Balance feature to work.

What security benefit is there to not allow me to screen shot my account apparent from being an inconvenience to your members!

Great update, would like the ability to fingerprint login and link with Android/Samsung pay.

Latest update has put this app on the same par as Anz goMoney.

Great app, does what I expected from a bank app :) however, the homescreen coule use some improvement.

Updated 10/04/17 - upgrading from 2 to 4 stars. Completely new app, with a much improved UI.
