Bank SNB’s App

Where's the update? Says update to newer version but there isn't an update available. We use this app daily to keep track and haven't been able to for atleast 24hrs. Please fix the problem ASAP!

The app tells me that an update is required before I can use it but Play says it's up-to-date. I rely on this app a lot and for it to go down this close to Christmas is unacceptable.

Now I can't even log in because it says I need to update the app, but app store says it is up to date. I even uninstalled and reinstalled it and it says the same thing.

Since the app had wanted to be update, but really no one could've. So after awhile it done so itself. But now I can't seems to login, each times I try to login, it say unexpected error try again later, and each time later I do so, it say same thing. This error need to be fix. This apps is suck, it need to ve fix pronto because I can't login to check my account unless its done online.

I use my app everyday. Why can't I use it? Says there is an update. Where is it? Push the horrible update to Google Play!

Wont let me login because it says need an update. Appstore says its up to date. Tried to uninstall and still nothing.

It says there is an update but play store shows its up to-date. I use this app everyday and now I can't even log in or find this supposed updated. I even uninstalled and reinstalled still nothing just the same message. I hope this gets fixed soon.

The worse banking app

Why does this app and half the atms always break on the weekends? Right now all my devices are saying 'update is required', and yet no update is available. Uninstall/reinstall didn't help either. Now the update worked but I have to enter the exact password 6 times to maybe have a chance to log in. Seriously, this is making me consider a change of banks, I can't check my balance without having to call or come in. Get with the times, bank SNB. And maybe hire a customer service consultant.

It keeps crashing when I try to deposit. Suppose to be convenient not inconvenient

Keeps telling me my log in is invalid even though I can log in online just fine. Please fix!!!

This app never let's me log in to see my balance. I know my password and username are correct. You guys HAVE GOT to fix this!

This app is small and fits my screen better than logging into the bank with my phone's browser. It would be great, however, if more functionality (check deposits or transfers) were added.

Quick and easy way to check my account balance!

Excellent way to track transactions and check balance, but not much else.

You might as well use the browser in the phone. This doesn't offer anything new or exciting to banking. Be much better if we can make deposits by taking a picture of a check and/or transfer funds to other people through app. Then I would say it's a good app and better solution to limiting the time going to the bank.
