Bank of the Ozarks Mobile for Android
It's like the year 2000 took it out. Sometimes it works most of the time it doesn't loses things and the people on the phone let's just say nevermind.
Always something wrong with it. Too hard to scan checks in for deposit.
Randomly can't access my account so about every other week I have to go in, uninstall and reinstall

This app hardly ever let's me actually log in. I always seem to get an error message saying they cannot validate my information at this time and that I need to call their 800 number. Why even have an app to use at my "convenience" if I can't ever view my accounts? I have just as many issues when trying to access my accounts from a computer.
This app does not have mobile deposit. All it offers is popmoney in that regards. As for everything else, I can access my accounts fine, but I work from home and often need to deposit checks, but I have to drive into town to do so. Very inconvenient. It claims to have mobile deposit, but it doesn't exist. As well, I've attempted to contact the bank a few times, but they don't respond. Update: mobile deposit has to be enabled by your bank. The switchover has been a disaster.
This app is horrible! My bank was community and southern until bank of the Ozark took over. I never leave reviews but felt it was necessary for this app. I have been trying for DAYS to log into the mobile and online banking and keep getting an error message. I have called customer service 3 times and been told the system is down temporarily and should be back up in 30 mins. This has been said 3 different times on 3 different days. I'm beyond irritated! I can't see my account at all. I will be changing banks
I've had my business account with CSB for four years with no problem. The moment they merge with this Ozark Bank all problems. Ozark turned my business account into a personal account, the mobile banking has not allowed me access yet, i will be closing my account very soon. I only gave this one star so i could leave my review. They don't even deserve this one
Overall it works mostly as well as the old CSB app. 5 stars after fingerprint login and allow the app to stay open while switching to other apps. Having to login again after I get a call or check an email is ridiculous.
I need an app I can use NOT during business hours. Since the last update, a "System Error" message pops up automatically late night/ early morning hours. WHY? If I kept the same hours as the bank, I would just go to the bank.
I got the app for the mobile deposit feature but it won't let me use it. Where did it go? REVISED: I finally got to use the mobile deposit feature. Now it fails to deposit my check but doesn't tell me why. I'm so fed up with this bank that I can't wait to switch. The open hours are the big killer for me since I get paid on Saturdays.
Bank of the Ozarks bought out Community and Southern Bank....fine. But, this mobile app sucks. Dates are wrong, can't make mobile deposits, plus other problems. I hope this gets better because right now this stinks.
I don't rate apps, but after reading some of these I had to. I am one of those that got switched over from Community & Southern. Those trying use this app, or website, before the 29th OBVIOUSLY did NOT read the information sent to us. Yes there were technical difficulties with the website during the transition, but seems to be ok now. This app works 1,000 times better than the C&S app ever did.
This is why I don't like updates...they usually make things worse. I can't access mobile banking now. I've uninstalled, reinstalled, nothing works. If not fixed soon, I will be taking our banking elsewhere..
This app will not work on my phone at all. I can't even get the log in screen. When I call customer service or go into the bank.....all I'm told is to Uninstall and reinstall. Needless to say, no matter how many times I do it, it doesn't work. This needs to be fixed or I'm taking my business elsewhere, which is sad because I loved this bank.
Somehow your brilliant minds decided when changing my bank from community and southern to this crap of the Ozarks that it would be a good idea to disable the old app a week before bringing this app online which left the customers without an app. When I went to try to schedule my bill payments I now find I can't get into this app so I have no access to my money. Just F'n brilliant, but exactly what I would expect from a bank, no service. Now I have to physically go to the bank to have them fix this. YAY
Ok so if you follow the directions then you'll get on the app. You must go to the full website & login before you can get on the app. This is for former COMMUNITY & SOUTHERN BANK members.
My bank is turning into the bank of Ozarks so their mobile app is no longer working. This one doesn't give me the option to add my account. I want log in because I do not yet have a log in....I am disappointed to say the least.
A lot of the time you can't access accounts because either the site, or the app is down. Also, transactions seem to move around even if they were processed the same day made. It's really annoying. It's definitely not an app created for quickly checking your accounts. One thing that is convenient is you can transfer money to other BoZ accounts, but that's it. No bill pay in the app, and depositing checks through the app isn't instant.
What is going on, I have the correct info for this app it keeps on telling me, we are unable to validate your log in. I switched over to this bank. Have nothing but problems.
It's great... when it works. I've been in situations where I need to put money in my account and the app won't open. For you to use app, opening it is kinda sorta important.
I made a deposit yesterday that you said was accepted but somehow got lost. You need to add a confirmation number instead of just saying accepted.
Not easy to add accounts to pay or change recurring payments. Cant delete old accounts you dont use any more they should have kept the system CSB had it worked zGREAT ALL THE TIME VERY EASY
So when can we get other features for convenience on this app? Like say fingerprint scanning, maybe contactless payment(or something) and more options for your account. This app works but it feels like it's 6 years behind the times.
I just installed this app so I could deposit a ck, worked fine. I think most of the reviews that were negative were during the transition period. They seem to of worked out the kinks.
It's a piece of garbage. It shows my purchases on the wrong dates, some purchases it doesn't even show, and it tries to tell me I have more money than I actually do. Also, it won't log me in half the time.
I'm going to change banks if you don't get your mobile banking app fixed, I work on the road a lot and I can't rely on this mobile app anymore, I will be changing banks soon if you don't get it fixed, it says system error ALL THE TIME!!!
Every time I click on the app, it never pops up the login screen. I have to either call the bank, or go online to access my account balance! Not to mention that that the bank never hardly answers. Not excusable especially when it's our money that we can't even access on this app!
Have not been able to make a mobile deposit since the new update. I have several businesses and this makes me want to change banks. Why is there no tech support?
I have to reload the App once or twice a week because it will randomly not go to the log in screen...Tech Support is No Help at all....
I just want to make a mobile deposit. I'm supposed to have free mobile deposits and the app has no option for mobile deposit anywhere. Absolute garbage.
Only works half the time. Other time, it refuses to allow me to login, then it locks me out of my accounts on mobile and online. Very annoying not being able to see how much money you have to live off of.
Either errors out or just sits clocking time.... Almost never works after 1am which is very annoying since I am up very late. Online system is the worst of the three banks I use...
This is the crappiest app. Half the time, you can't pull up the instant balance or your account. Not even worth installing.
I guess I'm going to be forced to finally change banks. Been with this bank through 3 name changes but this is the worst. Even service at the bank is worse.
Whatever you did in the new update broke the app. It won't sign me in anymore.
Switched to a new cell phone and downloaded the application to my droid Maxx and now I can't assess my account.
says system error...oh well guess I have to call them...was on the phone more than 7 min. I hung up
It worked ok until the new update. Un- installed and re installed and it did not help. Maybe need a new bank with a mobile app that works

These reviews are pretty funny. Very unclear and it shows most people have no idea what's going on. Anyways app is ok. There is mobile check deposit(not all banks do that), a quick balance without having to login and works most of the time. ONLINE BANKING with ozarks is usually down once a week(on the website) and that is the same service as the app. So any type of method of checking your account may go down at anytime without notice and it always varies in time frame. I have seen it as little as 30 minutes to 10hrs. Overall a good bank, one of the better banks I have used. I have used 8 other banks.
